  The breakfast buffet at Sheraton Can Tho was very impressive, with a wide variety of food choices ranging from international dishes to local Vietnamese specialties. There was a dedicated coffee station serving both traditional Vietnamese coffee and regular coffee, which was a great way to start the morning. One highlight was the excellent pastry selection, which included not only Western-style pastries but also traditional local cakes and desserts. The hotel also placed signs throughout the restaurant encouraging guests to inform the staff about any food allergies, which felt like a thoughtful and professional touch. The Vietnamese food options were especially enjoyable, with dishes such as pho and rice rolls freshly prepared at live stations. Interestingly, the buffet also included Korean bibimbap, adding even more variety to the international selection. The service staff were attentive and professional throughout breakfast. However, one downside during my visit was that some local children were running around the restaurant unsupervised while guests were carrying food and hot soup, which created a potentially dangerous situation. To the staff’s credit, they politely approached the adults from the group and asked them to control the children, although the issue did not fully improve. Another minor issue was the restaurant layout. The tables near the food counters were placed quite close together, making the area feel crowded during busy breakfast hours. Guests often had to squeeze between chairs and tables while carrying plates of food. Despite these small inconveniences, the overall breakfast experience was still excellent thanks to the large variety of food and the high level of service.

  We had our buffet breakfast in this restaurant. The time for breakfast is 6am-10am at the first floor of the Sheraton Hotel. We started with greens and veggies. A lot of choices for the greens and dressing. Next is the pho, they have chicken, beef, and fish choices. They also provide many choices for cheese, around 6 type from Gouda to cream cheese. There are American and European cuisine but no other Asian food like korean, Japanese and Chinese. There are Vietnamese food and fried rice available for those who loves rice. Also, the variety of drinks such as guava, watermelon, and orange without sugar are the best drinks. There are also cereals available. Different fruits available also for dessert. No cakes available. The service was great too. At first they will ask if you want coffee since they will make it for you. Also, the ambiance was quiet enough for you to talk with your family. Mr. Tran was serving us well with a smile on her face. They provided allergen chart for those with allergies.

  We were here for the seafood buffet on Saturday twice within five months. Both times were impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The service was really amazing. Of course, with unlimited lobster, the buffet is lot cheap but apart from the lobster they offer a lot of other premium seafood dishes such as crab, giant shrimp, sashimi or salmon. Everything was well prepared and delicious both times. We only think that, considering the price, they could include beer. Also, the lobster was a bit over-cooked sometimes.
