We had dinner here during our stay in Can Tho and really enjoyed it. The restaurant has a charming old-house atmosphere and the food was well prepared. A great place to relax after sightseeing.

The chef did an amazing job. I can’t express how delicious my food was into words. This is definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve had in Can Tho. Very warm welcome and excellent service as well.

As with others, I wish actually read the recent reviews before being seduced by the quaint linen-topped tables and street-side ambience. The food was massively disappointing; I had the seafood fried rice which had a few prawns and calamari and was a tiny portion even by Vietnamese standards. Not terrible but definitely underwhelming. My friend had the beef rice which cam served with hard burnt rice scraped from the bottom of the rice cooker and was clearly visible on top, constituting a large chunk. The spring rolls were incredibly greasy and seemed to be pre-packaged rather than freshly-made. The waiter apologised when I pointed the unacceptable rice but no concessions were offered. It seems this place sustains itself off its inviting street-facing decor and hordes of older western tourists who might not know better.

Food was OK at best - chicken lemongrass was pretty disappointing flavour was pretty bland and portion of chicken was bad but my partner enjoyed her food - server was friendly though

Awful, expired food prepared with zero effort. Avoid the snake meat and okra. The service was good. Street side on a busy tourist promenade, good for watching people lucky enough not to be eating there.

This restaurant looks beautiful from the outside (1 star) but that’s where it ends. We ordered the satay chicken and the stir fried port. I also ordered a glass of wine and the guy behind the counter was helpful in choosing a local one. As for the food……the Chicken was ok, not much satay taste. The pork however was not cooked. We sent it back. No apologies. However, they didn’t charge us for it (another star) so that’s good. But an apology would have been nice too. Give it a miss.

We made the mistake of ordering before reading the reviews. As others have said, worst dining experience in Vietnam. I made better Vietnamese style food at home, and I’m European and not a great cook. Waiter was enthusiastic but could not make up for bad food. In the end, we left most of the food on our plates, wasted 600k, and went to eat somewhere else.

It’s salty, expensive and tastes bad, so don’t be scam by the reviews was not true!!!! No meal is acceptable except bottled water. I may have eaten some chips and some meat, but I didn't finish at least half of that because I was starving and I try not to waste it, but I ended up with at least most of it left because it was terrible. Can you explain why the product I got was completely different from the photos in the review, and the beef and noodle had a strange taste. I can't say this restaurant is not good, I can only say it's terrible! Never experienced such a bad restaurant in Vietnam, This restaurant ruined my impression of Can Tho.
