  I recommend this place, very good location. Close to the night market, amazing food🙏😌 The staff was very nice and helpful, and we got a room with a balcony and a bathtub. After such a long journey we were grateful for everything.

  How lovely! The room was spacious, very clean and tidy. Standard amenities (although, you could add some coffee sashes too). The staff were lovely, polite and very helpful. It was very quiet during the night, so good for rest. The breakfast is served on the roof top, very refreshing and nice view. I visited in December so I hot to see the Christmas decorations and WoW!

  Nice budget hotel for when you’re visiting the floating markets! Location was good as it was near the wharf and the markets aswell as some Restaurants

  Checked in to a Deluxe Double Room. It's not cheap! Do not be fooled by the hotel building photo posted here (with the red car at the front). The hotel is located in a little alley rather than street. The front street is narrow, smelly and filthy. The lobby is full of stuff. The real issue with this hotel is that there is no hot water. The water is not that cold so we could endure the cold shower during our few nights stay. Helpful and energetic staff. The room size is decent. Breakfast is quite good. You need to choose one from the menu, some water melon, water, tea, coffee. Additional order will be charged.

  Every room my family was assigned was filled with ants, all along with windows walls and desks. There are also dried out cocoons all along the walls through the hotel. Sheets have stains and occasional holes.

  Rip off place. Don’t use the towels or they charge you extra for the cleaning. Never had this before in Vietnam. Update to the response of the owner: My mum used one towel to dry up her face and left some mascara stain on it. It happens often to her and it’s always gone after a proper washing machine wash with 60 degrees. Not a stain a professional hotel could not deal with. Especially when you pass the towel on to the next guest, you should wash it properly. I have to agree to some others reviews that the overall cleanliness of the bathroom need definitely some improvement. Of course for the cheap price you cannot expect five star quality, but a clean bathroom should be also available at three star hotel.
