  Me, my wife and son stayed there 2 nights, staff was very welcoming and friendly as soon as we arrived til checkout. Very affordable and they were able to upgrade our room with a small fee. We hope to come visit again next time !

  I highly recommend this hotel! It’s only a short walk to Bến Ninh Kiều and the staff were incredibly accommodating from the moment we stepped out of the car. They made us feel so comfortable, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and offering suggestions on places to visit. The room was clean and modern and I especially loved the LED lighting in the bathroom and at the makeup table. They truly deserve more than 5 stars. I will definitely be coming back!

  Front office staff was extremely helpful and fluent in English. From the moment of our arrival they have made us fell welcomed, and they are very sincere. All of our questions (we had more than a few) were answered with a smile, they were very understanding with our needs and requests as well.

  My mom and I love everything about this hotel. If I get the chance to come to Canada Tho again, I will definitely stay with them again. Thanks to my friend who booked this hotel for us because we had a very comfortable sleep. :-) The staff are all accommodating and friendly, too.

  High quality design and service. I like that the sound proofing design was considered so well in the building. There is carpet in the corridor that dampers the noise of footsteps, baggage wheels, and equipment. I barely hear noise from the corridors or people through the adjacent walls. The ventilation system is optimal. Odor is removed quickly, leaving the room with clean and fresh air all the time. The mattress is firm and supportive for my back. Blankets are soft and fluffy. Lighting design in the room is also great. Varied lighting types accommodate either good sleep or working/reading. I slept so well! Staff is so polite, efficient, and effective communicators, who help save a lot of time for my trip. They helped me move and change rooms very quickly. Definitely come back more often!

  The hotel and room are Vera nice but the lobby is so so HOT. I’m sweating profusely while I’m checking in at the hotel. I think it’s need to turn on the Air conditioner so we can more be comfortable. Hopefully next time I’m stopping by the management will have the air conditioner on.

  Nice room, great value for money. Safe storage for bikes too. Only marking it down for location as is quite far out of the main town and right on a busy street.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the atmosphere felt bright and modern, yet grounded. The staff were incredibly attentive, greeting me with genuine smiles that made the check-in process feel less like a transaction and more like a warm welcome to the city. The room itself was a highlight of the stay. It was impeccably clean and designed with a minimalist touch that felt very calming after a long day of exploring. I particularly loved how the space felt open and airy—the bed was comfortable enough to ensure a deep, restful sleep, which is exactly what I needed. There’s something special about waking up in a room that feels fresh and well-cared for; it really sets the tone for a positive day. While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a few tiny details that kept it from being a "perfect" five-star stay, such as the soundproofing being a bit thin at times. However, the convenience of the location and the kindness of the team more than made up for it. It’s a wonderful spot for anyone looking to balance comfort with local exploration. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to the region.
