Wonderful people and fantastic place to stay. We were picked up at the airport and brought to the bus station after our stay. The accommodation is very clean and really comfortable. Mr Vu organized our trip to the markets at a very good price. Breakfast was great, you could use the kitchen and washing machine was much needed after travelling so much. I highly recommend staying here.

During my one-day stay at Winter Spring Homestay, I must admit that my initial impression was not the best due to the ongoing road construction in front of the house, resulting in dirt and smoke. Additionally, the side door seemed frequently occupied by cars. However, despite these minor inconveniences, I found the location extremely convenient and the staff exceptionally friendly. Considering the value it offers, such as a peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and privacy, I would confidently say that Wtay is worth the money spent.

We arrived on Phuong Trang sleeper bus from Ben Xe Mien Tay (HCMC). Price was 165k per person including transfer to Winterspring. We enjoyed our stay in the Autumn room. Large room with small balcony. Everything was clean. 2 water bottles a day. Cleaning on request . Had shampoo + body wash bottles. Toothbrush and toothpaste packets. Comb. Hairdryer, fridge, TV (which we didn’t use). Be careful not to close the bathroom door as there’s a lock from the inside. We did it accidentally and couldn’t open the bathroom door from the outside 😅. Bath mat (not all Vietnamese hotels provide this). The aircon takes a while to cool as it’s a large room. There’s a desk, chair and hammock. There’s a kitchen on level 4 and free front loader washing machine. Need to supply your own laundry powder. They can help with motorbike rental for 140k manual and 160k automatic but unfortunately the company they used didn’t have any left. See my review on Can Tho Motorbike Rental that I found on google. We parked our motorbike in front during the day and staff brought inside the kitchen at night for safe keeping. Key to unlock the doors is on top of the fridge. Sister Trang answered any questions we had. She even offered to call and book Phuong Trang sleeper bus to our next destination My Tho. I ended up calling myself to book tickets and the transfer car picked us up from hotel to the Can Tho bus station. 155k per person. Including transfer car to hotel in My Tho. Phuong Trang number in Can Tho is 1900 6919. Note calls are charged at 1k/minute. Or go to the Futa Express office which is not far from the hotel. There’s Cai Khe market within walking distance. We had Bo Kho across from the hotel which was good. 35k each . Pics of room are on checkout 😅.

We stayed here only one night in a private room. Pros: responsive host, cheap. Cons: I woke up during night for something running on my back, turned out they were small ants in the bed. Then I saw a cockroach running on the bedroom floor. Some renovation could be also nice (holes in the wall, mouldy bathroom). The location is not the worst but you can find others closer to the city. They do not have free bicycles (as it was said in the reviews), only motorbikes for 140k dong. They organise tour to the floating market, but I think it is quite expensive for local prices and compared what you get from it (the market itself is interesting, but the other programs are just time-consuming touristy activities), I think it could be done on your own cheaper. I would not recommend to stay here unless you really our out of other options.

We spend in Winter spring 4 nights and we enjoyed 3 of many trips with English speaking guide. We loved it! Like this you can see the daily life of the local people, eat what they eat or get know what they do for living... All 3 guides had perfect English and were very nice - same like all the stuff of the hotel. The locality is fine - there are a lot of cafés and restaurants, local market but at the same time it's a calm place. The hotel is very clean. We appreciated the possibility to wash our clothes or leave some food in the fridge. Highly recommend.

Stayed here 2 nights and have to say it was a pleasure. The receptionist (handsome John as he called himself) was so nice and very helpful throughout. The place had everything we needed - big room, en suite, hammock, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and was super clean. There was also a small kitchen, free breakfast with free bananas and free refills of water. We also booked our floating market tour through here and that was also brilliant, our guide Dai was amazing and the tour was worth every cent! All in all one of if not the best place we've stayed on our travels.

We found Winter Spring on the fly when the accommodation we had booked in Can Tho turned out not to be what we wanted. After seeing our room, with it's comfortable bed and private terrace lined with basil plants, we decided to make the move. The owner arranged for a staff member to drive us in their car to the first place so we could pick up our bags and then drove us back and had all the luggage carried up for us. We had rented motorbikes and were able to use the Winter Spring garage to store them. Later in the week Winter Spring arranged other motor bikes for us to rent.||||There is a really homey self serve kitchen on the top floor where you can grab yourself a coffee, grab some fresh fruit or cook your own food if you wanted. Breakfast is waiting for you there when you wake up, and is different each day and very delicious! When we left very early in the morning they had packed us a little to-go breakfast and left it outside our door.||||The rooms are simple but clean and cozy, the beds are thick and very comfortable, WIFI is strong and the A/C works well. The staff are all extremely helpful and everyone spoke good English. The owner helped us book flights, arrange a car to take us to the ferry port, and gave tips on where to go exploring. I would love to go back there and visit again! If you are looking for a place in Can Tho - look no further you will love it at Winter Spring!

Good sized room which was very pleasant and clean. Pretty central yet reasonably quiet. Good breakfast with eggs, bread, fruit and a hot Vietnamese dish. The kitchen is very pleasant with a nice table to eat and meet other guests, have (free) coffee an other drinks or sit out on the balcony.||Excellent early morning visit to the floating market with our lovely guide Dao and the laughing lady who drove the boat. Educational and entertaining.||It's not entirely clear from the description which facilities are private and which are shared. In our a very small balcony was private as was the bathroom but the TV, fridge and larger balconies are shared.
