  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Highly recommended! I've had several full-body massages, including one in Vietnam, but this was by far the best! The masseuse was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. I felt at ease from the very first moment. The massage was just the right amount, very relaxing, and at the same time effective for relieving tension. An all-around positive experience – I'll definitely be back!

  Much needed after a 8.5 hr flight and a 5 hour bus tour, they managed to not only crack the tension and soul from my shoulder but my knee also decided to make a guest appearance. Would highly recommend for any hard traveller :)

  Clean and professional. Lovely, polite and talented young women. My boyfriend and I both had the hair wash and body combo. What a lovely way to spend the morning! My hair is super soft and thick. The massage was one of the best I’ve had in SE Asia and was certainly the best value.

  I had a hair wash & foot exfoliation. The spa is very clean, nice & professional service 🫶 and overall, I very much loved it! Highly recommend! Will come back.

  The service here is clean & super well-organized with friendly and dedicated massagers. I always go here in my free time to recharge my battery!!! Highly recommended for you all.

  This is the best thing in my trip to Can Tho. Me and my partner did the combo 1 program for 30 mins head spa and 45 mins full body massage. It was incredibly amazing! The service was very good, staffs were polite and can communicate in English. The price is affordble, worth every dong we spent. Should have done this sooner. Would have done this everday. Will definitely comeback if there’s a chance. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  I have spent 2 Hours being pampered here. I feel grateful, relaxed and happy!! And it was also very good value for money compared to other spa in Can Tho!

  Not sure where these positive reviews are coming from, as they do not reflect our experience at Lotus at all. My husband and I both underwent 80-minute massages, and unfortunately they were among the worst massages we have ever had. Throughout each massage, the therapists repeatedly changed — we counted at least three different people per massage. This was made obvious due to long pauses, visible changes in feet beneath the table, and inconsistent techniques and pressure. During my husband’s massage, the therapist actually stopped to take a phone call, which was completely unacceptable. There was also constant talking and giggling throughout, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere and making us feel as though we were being laughed at rather than treated professionally. At the time, we weren’t aware we were both experiencing the same issues, so each of us assumed the other might be receiving better treatment and tried to persevere. To add to the disappointment, as we were leaving we noticed guests receiving short shoulder massages being offered drinks, while we were offered nothing at all. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, poorly managed, and very disappointing. We would not return or recommend.
