  They have been fantastic from the beginning. They built a 3 days itinerary following my preferences and choosing the best sites and activities for me. During the tour Gin and Tom, the guides , explained me a lot about the history of Vietnam and Mekong delta. They have been lovely, very kind and available to answer to all of my questions. The tour was well planned and the logistics smooth. I recommend to choose Hieutour 100%.

  200% recommended!! We booked two diffferent tours with David, the visit to the floating market and the bike ride. Both incredible, were just the two of us and our guide, and we could test a bit of the real Vietnam. The company is trying to create different Touristic experiences. Our guide, David, was awesome: really nice, charming, great English, good talker, we had a lot of fun. So, trust me on this, these tours are totally worthy.

  The best agency we could find. Amazing people, especially Tom our guide. Good prices for the quality and amount of experiences they offer. Highly suggested, and one of the only tour agencies that are at the actual correct location indicated on google maps.

  We discovered HIEUTOUR VN on a search and liked a tour they offered. We looked into the company and found 10 years of operational experience, with a high review level and industry awards. We read the reviews and felt comfortable with HIEUTOUR VN who offers a varied range of flexible tours. On our third visit to Vietnam, having previously travelled independently in Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi but believed that due to our age (80) and some mobility problems that further touring would no longer be feasible. However, Hieu and David at HIEUTOUR VN designed a carefully adapted 6-day tour which allowed us to comfortably experience several highlights of Vietnam, including the Mekong Delta boat excursions, cable cars journeys, Bana Hills and many other cultural and scenic destinations. The itinerary was thoughtfully structured to ensure comfort, accessibility, and flexibility. The use of 4-star and 5-star hotels, air-conditioned private transportation, and a domestic flight enabled smooth travel between destinations while maintaining a high level of comfort. Throughout the entire planning and booking process, Hieu remained consistently attentive, ensuring that every detail was properly arranged before arrival. The itinerary was dynamic and engaging, yet everything was carefully organized so that nothing was left to chance. Our guides, Qui and Chau, provided exceptional support during the journey, assisting with luggage, airport procedures in Da Nang, Can Tho, and Ho Chi Minh City, and ensuring that each transition was seamless. All dining experiences were pre-arranged at high-quality local restaurants, where a reserved table and suitable menu options were prepared for us at each location. One particularly memorable highlight was a private romantic dinner on the river, which reflected the attention to detail demonstrated throughout the program. Every activity was adapted to ensure comfort and safety, including minimized waiting time and buggy assistance where necessary. Both guides were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, supported by professional drivers who contributed to a smooth and enjoyable journey. The carefully prepared five-page itinerary was delivered fully as planned, yet the overall experience remained surprisingly affordable, offering excellent value for a high-quality, professionally operated program. Although we usually arrange our travel independently, we will certainly contact Hieu again for our next visit to Vietnam.   We booked a Floating Market Tour in Can Tho, Vietnam plus boattrip through small channels in the Mekong Delta to visit a Dragonfruit plantation. We had a personal guide and a private boat. Our guide explained us a lot in very good English, which was a joy. The floating market itself was not so spectacular, but the whole trip, which was about 4 hours. Our guide was extremely helpful.

  HieuTour Travel is an unreliable company, and I strongly advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with them. In late November 2025, a staff member from this company (Zalo nickname: "Bob") contacted me to request a video production for their 4-day tour covering Can Tho, An Giang, and Con Dao. I arranged a production crew for them with a total budget of only 15 million VND. However, they later claimed they lacked the funds, refused to settle the payment, and declined to accept the final video. After I posted about this incident on social media, a person named Nghia—part of the company's leadership—contacted me, requesting that I take down the posts and promising full payment. Despite this, they continued to make various excuses about financial difficulties and ultimately never paid. I have attempted to contact them numerous times to resolve the matter, but to no avail. In my 15 years of professional experience in this industry, this is the first time I have encountered such an untrustworthy organization. I sincerely hope that both domestic and international tourists remain vigilant when considering this agency and make more informed choices for their travel journeys.
