  Can Tho Airport was a very pleasant surprise. The airport is efficient, easy to navigate, and clearly laid out, which made the entire process smooth from arrival to departure. Compared to the much busier airports in Vietnam, everything here felt calmer and more organized. Security and check-in were straightforward, and it never felt chaotic or overcrowded. If you are anywhere near Can Tho and have the option to fly from here instead of Ho Chi Minh City, it’s definitely worth considering. The experience is far less hectic and much more relaxed. Overall, a very positive and stress-free airport experience.

  Smaller airport, but that makes it much simpler for everyone. I had a vietjet flight from here and the lady who gave us the boarding pass was extremely helpful. The check-in and security was easy and fast. There is no public transport so you will have to come by taxi (grab), which you can get even in the early morning. There are a couple of cafes as well for you to eat and drink.

  Airport is very clean and not over crowded. International passenger will find it very easy to go through the process. Smoking area is present for smokers. Seating for visitors is adequate and clean.

  A very clean and spacious airport. Everything runs smoothly and on time. The only complaint I have is that there is only one restaurant. This restaurant does not offer any vegetarian or fish only meals. Luckily we only had an hour layover.

  Considering the size of airport in this south Vietnamese city, Can Tho airport is clean and modern. Unfortunately there is no direct transportation so you’ll need to come by taxi. (12/2024) there are cafes landside and airside for one each. Airside gift shop sells some local products but not so many.

  The airport was not very busied. Easy check-in. There was a 2 hrs delayed on our flight, but we left right away when the plane arrived.

  No tourist friendly, no car rental, no sim card shop, no tour guide. Consider it is small city, it is ok. But thr are only 3 shops available.
