  With a group of 14, age from 7 to 70. Dealing with Nụ Cười Mekong, I am impress and astonish of their professionalism toward their clients. From quick response and call back, excellent organising, staff are very informative. Our tour guide Bích Thuỷ were very organised, helpful and polite. I highly recommend Nụ Cười Mekong if you require tour in Can Tho or anywhere in Vietnam.

  We had an amazing tour with Mekong smile Tour! Our guide Maria (she told us to call her that as her Vietnamese name is difficult) answered all our questions, she always made sure that we enjoyed ourselves and had enough food and drinks! We did a 5 hours tour including the cacao farm and rice noodle factory and the small canals (which were our highlight). We started at 5:30 am and even got picked up at our hotel pier. The women who drove the boat was amazing too and cut us fruits during the way.

  We had a great time with anh Jimmy Uy. He was very caring and supportive. This trip in Can Tho was definitely worth trying. Thank you, anh Jimmy and the Mekong Smile team, for taking such great care of us.

  I booked the Cai Rang floating market tour with Mekong Smile Tour and I had a really good time! We were only 3, a French couple and myself plus our guide, Qui, who was so nice, funny and full of life! We went to the floating market where we had a local breakfast on the boat - noodle soup (they have vegetarian option as well)! Then we headed to the orchard to discover local fruits such as jackfruits, mangoes, durians... and we taste some of them! We finally discovered how rice noodles were made! Really interesting and you can try to make some by yourself! Only 10$! So thanks again to Qui for his cheerfulness and knowledge!

  We had an amazing time with Thuỷ! Everything went very smooth, we saw the sunrise, then we went to the floating markets where we had an amazing breakfast followed by a visit to a noodles factory. On the way back she had some fun activities for us. She explained everything very well and was super friendly and kind answering all our questions. I highly recommended the tour!

  Four months ago, I booked two tours with Mekong Smile Company, and it was a memorable experience. During the trip, I experienced a lot of things, such as visiting the fishing life on the fish farm, discovering the life of the people in Cham villages, taking a sampan ride to Tra Su Forest to explore nature, and seeing many wild birds. Besides, I have enjoyed the beautiful scene of sugar palm trees and lunch at Tra Su Forest with local Vietnamese dishes. Especially our tour guide, Mrs. Vy, who is very enthusiastic during our journey. Overall, it was a great way to immerse myself in the culture of the Mekong Delta.

  I had such a great time the first time with an amazing guide, that I decided to take my family again. However, the second time was a disappointment. They went to a dao con son instead of my khanh park and that was very underwhelming. The food was mediocre except on the boat. The hotel was clean. The tour guide made the entire bus wait one hour for one guest who was late. He was very disorganized and was always late. Then when we got lost and were late by 20 minutes he humiliated our group by announcing on the tanoy that next time he would leave us behind. This ruined our trip. The customer service staff were very understanding about this, and made him apologize, they gave me some longans as a gift. When my parents were too lazy to walk he drove them on his bike through the farm. After the second experience, I wouldn’t recommend this group.
