  Great gym located on the 3rd floor of the supermarket building. 100k/day or 450k for a 10 pass. Complete gym with everything you will need plus a mat room with heavy bags and a yoga studio also 100k/lesson. Towels and water provided! Mon was very helpful in getting us set-up :)

  Great gym with a wide range of equipment for all types of workouts. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate that they offer whey protein, pre-workout supplements, and healthy food options, which makes it convenient to stay on track with fitness goals. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped gym!

  Really good gym for a supreme cheap price. Theres free weights, machines, muay thai/boxing area and yoga side. Water dispenser and towels. The bags could be a bit higher since the padding has dropped and the bags tend to get loose in the up-part. Minus for people (men) not following the rules and training without the shirt. The shirt sucks the sweat so it does not fall on the ground and everywhere else. And when they dont even use the towels for that.. I dont see ladies doing this? Especially a special type of people tend to do this, it is sad and disrespectful towards others. Price is only 100k/one time 450k/10 times Overall a great workout place!

  May 2026 500k for 10 session/days, which doesn't need to be consecutive. Good machines, everything you need except a standard squat rack. Can be hot but hey, it's Vietnam. Great service. Thanks for the mementos! 😊 🇻🇳 🔑 💍

  I trained here during my holidays and it has all the basic equipment you need. There are also two rooms for training without machines. It has everything you need to stay fit while traveling :-) The gym is air-conditioned and in a great location. Payment is very easy: you simply put the money into a small mailbox at the entrance and can start training right away (100,000 Vietnamese dong per day). The price also includes fresh towels and water.

  I used this gym during my vacation and had a great experience. It had most of the equipment I was looking for, so I was able to get in solid workouts while away from home. The owner was very friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. A perfect place to train when you’re on vacation. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay active while traveling.
