Great resort with a perfect part of the beach right in front of the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. They even supplied take away breakfast for us to enjoy at the airport when our flight left early in the morning

Lovely places in total peace and connection with the nature. I had a hugh, super clean room with all. Only thing its quite fare from the town, but you can easily with almost no traffic go by motorbike. The Servicestuff is not speaking english, what makes some communication difficult. The people Manager there Nick, he is an amazing guy helping you with all and being like a real friend, if you want it.

We had a wonderful stay at Con Dao Resort. The location is unbeatable — right along the beachfront with beautiful ocean views and an easy walk to town. The grounds are peaceful and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day exploring the island. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast by the sea was a highlight — simple but fresh and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a laid-back, authentic place to stay on Côn Đảo with great value and a calm atmosphere, this resort is an excellent choice. We will happily stay here again.

Con Dao resort located at An Hai beach which is why I choose it. Room is old but comfort. It has what my family need although some minor defect here and there. Minus point is wifi very slow and high latency, cannot video calling or playing game. I stayed during the low season so not all the staff available. Front desk still perform well and very supportive. Pool had no staff and it was not clean. Breakfast is basic and not as good as other 4* resort I stayed. They serve good coffee though.

Xin chào tất cả mọi người! We came here two days in a row for smoothies and swimming, it's very nice but Mr Walkie-talkie-Man made us feel very unwelcome on the second day: "don't sit here, don't sit there, don't go through the restaurant". Such a petty little man but it is what it is. What's really gotten my goat is that my girlfriend has visited Con Dao island three times and has visited Con Dao resort four times and this last interaction left her genuinely upset. I'm sure Mr Walkie-talkie-Man won't miss our 130k a day receipts but neither she nor I will patronage this beach again. For shame. Thanks everyone! Go spend your money where you're welcome 🤗

Great area with bungalow’s which rare on that island. Face to the sea and also in middle of the town. Would be great to have arrangements on the beach such as transat and umbrellas. A bit of refreshing restaurant environment would make it much better

Great facilities but they neglect the beach with the argument that it is a public beach. They do care about the gardens , that vietnamese people uses to take hundreds of photos but apart of it they really do not care. No life guard on duty in the swimming pool. Nobody to tell you were to get beach towels and really difficult to communicate even at the reception. The resort is prepared for vietnamese people that stay in the hotel one night or two but not prepared at all for international travellers that do not speak vietnamese. The room was comfortable and clean but that was all.

It is situated ideally - walking distance to the pier where the ferries stop, town, restaurants (such as the Italian one called Riso Romaro and YngYang that offers excellent cuisine) and many tourist attractions such as the local prisons and museum. It is also easy to pop in at bars on the beach for a quick cocktail. I recommend The Bar 200!The beach area is beautiful and the view spectacular. The water's temperature was fantastic, but there were jellyfish around every time we swam (which was at least 3 times a day). Because of all the seagrass spilling out onto the beach, we were bitten a zillion times by all the sand flies (midgets?) as they feed off the seagrass. It itches severely for days on end...Do not sit or lie on the sand .. No pool available at this resort, which is a pity.. Also no beach towels, and very few chairs under the palm trees to sit or relax on.The breakfast offered is ok, but dishes are left open and are often cold. Lots of flies are around because of that. Variety is very similar day after day. We stayed for 5 nights and the only thing that changed was instead of having a shot glass filled with yogurt was a shot glass filled with coconut jello. The bungalow on the beach was super nice. Nothing fancy but spacious and clean, which is what we wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also helped organising a car to take us to the airport, thank you! GRAB is also available and we used them too - their drivers are amazing and their cars are spotless! We were very happy with our choice, we had a lovely time!
