  At first I was a little skeptical about the hotel due to the rating at booking.com. However, reading through reviews here made me decide to stay. And turned out to be a perfect decision. The hotel was amazing, large and clean room, pickup dropoff free, staff super friendly, they let us check in early too. The swimming pool and gym at 7th floor is nice, great view of the sea. Definitely stay here for next trip!!!!!!

  Single room, partial view of the ocean, still beaitiful. Lots of ants in the room unfortunately. Hot water can be tricky. Hotel is at center of town so easy access to ferry, shops and restaurants. They have bike rental for 150k/day.

  Room is clean and tidy but no hot water, lobby is messy Receptionist is helpful and nice, a driver is very friendly. Location is centrally, good place to stay

  Good hotel. Very close to the beach. Close to restaurants and the street food market. Room was nice, but the air conditioning wasn't very cold. I mentioned it to reception and they said they'd send someone to check it. Well, I'm still waiting for them to arrive. Airport pick up was convenient. Overall, a good stay.

  Staff were great, breakfast buffet was very good too. We had a corner room and higher floor which was excellent for opening both large pario doors (no balcony) and allowing air through easily. Would stay here again for sure.

  The Marina Bay Hotel staff were polite, friendly and actively supported us to have a comfortable stay. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily, with ample replenished water and tea for the room. The only area for further improvements would be around dietary needs, which would include the buffet breakfast having signs on it for what has and has not got meat in it as one of us was vegetarian. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

  Mostly ok, restaurant is not good, clean but staff are not that friendly it seems. Swimming pool on the roof has very limited seating with no loungers to relax. Location is good.Room is ok with poor views out the back, nicer on the other side.
