Absolutely incredible experience. The location is stunning, a large cove surrounded by mountains. The sea is quiet and the water is clear, and we felt like we basically had our own private beach. Staff at the hotel were incredibly kind, accommodating, helpful and just truly made the experience unforgettable - they're incredibly attentive but also know to give you space to enjoy your time. The villas were also beautiful and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. They were very luxurious but at the same time understated and blended very well with the environment and relaxed vibe. We would recommend getting the deluxe beachfront villa since it's one floor and it makes it much easier. Absolutely unforgettable experience and would definitely go back.

Absolutely stunning stay at Six Senses Con Dao. We spent four fantastic nights here and loved every minute of it. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. A dedicated guest experience host took care of us throughout the entire stay, organized everything seamlessly, and made us feel incredibly well looked after. The resort itself is a true sanctuary. The location is breathtaking, the villas offer wonderful privacy, and the entire atmosphere is peaceful and calming. It is the perfect place to slow down, disconnect, and simply enjoy nature and tranquility. One unforgettable highlight was being able to witness baby turtles hatching and helping release them into the sea, a truly special experience we will remember for a long time. Yes, the resort is on the expensive side, but that is part of what you pay for here: exclusivity, privacy, and outstanding service. The only small suggestion would be the wine list. It would be great to have a few more mid-priced wine options, as the current selection feels heavily weighted toward very premium bottles. Overall, an amazing experience and a clear five-star stay. We would happily come back.

Our second stay at Six Senses and it was just as good as the first time. The resort is just beautiful, blending in perfectly with the natural environment. The private beach is lovely although our private pool in the villa was even better. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever seen while the staff go above and beyond to help. The activities and experiences on offer are excellent too - we had an amazing snorkelling trip led by Sola - the reefs and fish were so beautiful and it was great learning about the natural environment. I hope I'm lucky enough to return a third time.

Six Senses Con Dao is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been. The hotel is situated in a beautiful bay with an exclusive beach. The wooden villa with private pool on the beach is very relaxing. The restaurants, the Vietnamese food en Spa are also very good. Special thanks to Marcos and the Gem Tri, who made our stay extra special

As a traveler to Con Dao, I am deeply disappointed that Dat Doc Beach—a public natural treasure—is completely fenced off and controlled by Six Senses Con Dao. Using old planning boundaries to block locals and tourists from the beach creates an unfair barrier in a public space. Touching the sea of our homeland is a basic right for everyone, not a luxury privilege for high-paying guests. I fully acknowledge their partnership with Con Dao National Park to protect rare sea turtles. However, conservation should not mean exclusion. Sea turtle protection must not be used as a "greenwashing" PR shield to commercialize exclusive experiences and cover up the privatization of public assets. On the flip side, I frankly admit that many locals and tourists have very poor environmental awareness, constantly littering at public and hidden beaches. This irresponsible behavior gives corporations the perfect excuse to fence off the coast. But the right solution is to strictly penalize littering and manage public behavior, not to hand over a beach to a private monopoly. This isolation directly contradicts the civilized, shared, and sustainable tourism that Con Dao aims for. To take a clear stand, I will completely boycott all accommodation, dining, and spa services at this resort, and will widely share this reality on travel forums so everyone can make an informed choice.

My wife and I stayed four nights at the Six Senses Con Dao resort at the end of visit to Vietnam. The property is amazing, the food is wonderful and the staff really strive to make your stay at the property amazing.||The beach is completely private and very long which is amazing as sometimes it feels like you are the only ones on it. Our stay was in a one bedroom beachfront which was incredible as we could walk straight out to the beach from our room. Bikes are provided for each room to cycle around the property or simply get to the restaurant or spa if your room is a little further away. Alternatively, a resort staff person can be called to drive you in a golf cart.||Breakfasts there are probably the most extensive we saw at the various places we stayed in Vietnam.||All guests are assigned a Guest Experience Manager (GEM) who is available to set up excursions, address concerns or small needs during our stay. Our GEM, Annie, was excellent. ||There is a lot offered here and it’s impossible to do it all. All in all, an amazing stay at this luxury resort.

An exceptional resort and one of the best luxury beach destinations we have visited. The setting is stunning, with a long pristine beach, dramatic natural scenery, and an incredible sense of privacy and tranquility.||The villas are spacious, beautifully designed, and blend seamlessly into the environment. Service throughout the resort is warm, genuine, and highly personalized without ever feeling intrusive.||Food quality was consistently excellent, and the resort’s commitment to sustainability adds to the overall experience. While it comes at a premium price point, the combination of location, service, accommodation, and natural beauty makes it a truly special destination that fully lives up to the Six Senses reputation.||Highlights for us were - (1) infinity pool at the villa, (2) privacy without seeing other resorta or buildings, and (3) long prostine beach stretch (one of the best seimable beaches by far in Vietnam) ||Seeing Turtles lay eggs , hatch and be released into the sea was a magical moment to be part of !

Six Senses Con Dao is special. I only spent 3 nights here (too short) but I already feel at home. The entire staff is exceptional and made me feel not only as their guest but as their friend. The beach is stunning, with clear and clean water. The turtle hatching is a once in a lifetime experience and the cuisine is excellent. Also the spa is worth one or more visits - Mrs. Rabica was amazing! |What truly stands out is the welcoming and friendly atmosphere, relaxed and peaceful. Our GEM Annie was more than great and makes this stay unforgettable - she is the sweetest and most helpful Guest Experience Manager I can imagine.|Also, the whole management team, front office, restaurant staff and activities team was amazing. This is a haven of hospitality, I would love to come back! :)
