  We loved our visit. Hotel is in a quiet location, close to a good coffee shop and grocery store. Room was nice and clean (great shower!). Staff were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is get the room refrigerator on separate power so that it stays on. Ms. Ha was very nice and helpful during our stay.

  Easily my favorite hotel in Vietnam so far. We booked one of the suites and the room was incredible. It was very clean, well designed, and spacious. The best part of the hotel, however, were the front desk receptionists. They were always incredibly kind and extremely helpful in their recommendations and arranging things, such as taxis and scooter rentals. No regrets at all staying here and I would 10/10 recommend it.

  Great stylish hotel with lovely rooftop pool and bar and charming service. Contrary to comments no issues with dogs, but the occasional dog barking is to be expected in town so come prepared. Good electric scooters for hire to explore; beach by wharf 914 has shade after 1630 so ideal for a dip. A great spot to stay

  We stayed a couple of days in the hotel where we booked the most expensive room, that is the suite with kitchen. The kitchen looks great but the only thing you can actually use is the fridge /freezer as nothing is provided for you to cook or wash the dishes. There aren't many things to be found in the drawers, and some of them should not be opened for they are broken. The place looks great at first only. The bed is comfortable. The room is quickly cleaned every day. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast can be different ( the fruit for instance) but it is not great. The food is not tasty. The staff is present when having it. You can book taxis from the reception desk as there is no grab on the island. It costs a fortune, but you can visit the island by having a personal driver or have a shuttle to the airport rather quickly. The room is quite expensive, not worth the money

  Horrible stay. The rooms are noisy. You can hear all sounds from the street and noises from the corridor at night. The rooftop pool is tiny and badly constructed. You can't swim in it. Breakfast is average. They pushed us to pay immediately upon arrival and told us "cash only". That's not true. If you insist, they can bring a terminal for card payment. I recommend to NOT pay on arrival anyway. After payment, they might stop caring about your problems, or even kick you out. If you have a problem with your room, you should communicate with the staff through text messages so there's a written record. The staff might come to your room and insist on talking in person. It's your best interest to write texts instead. If you really have to stay here, I recommend to NOT book the room with spa bath. The bathtub is broken and leaking, and they probably can't move you in a different room. Anyway, avoid this hotel unless you want to risk ruining your vacation. There are much better hotels on the island for a much better price. I promise you don't need hotel breakfast, there are plenty of good restaurants on the island.

  It seems this hotel is writing 5 star reviews for themselves, from suspicious profiles. Don't trust the good reviews you read here. Their real rating should be around 2.5 stars. The reality is: This place can turn your holiday into a nightmare. The rooms are very noisy and the street is loud. Even with earplugs it's difficult to sleep. The rooms are not as described, items are missing or broken. The staff doesn't care if you complain about this. In my room, the bathtub was broken and they didn't do anything to fix this problem. Don't expect to swim in the pool, it's very tiny. It's only suitable for sitting in water. The breakfast is tasteless and boring after 2 days. The management uses shady methods to intimidate the staff and guests. They might try to trick you into canceling your booking or something like that. Stay away from this place if you're looking for a peaceful stay. If you really need to stay here, I recommend to not pay for the room on arrival. And always communicate them in writing, so you have proof of your problems.

  This is a very good hotel to stay. You can walk for 1KM to the beach. And you can wander around the city center to find out many delicious restaurants with local food and seafood.

  The Mystery Condao impresses across the board. The facilities, design, and overall atmosphere are perfectly aligned – the rooms are high-quality, comfortable, and very well maintained. A real highlight is the bar area with a small pool to cool off, along with comfortable lounge and seating options and a well-equipped fitness room. The location is excellent and completes the overall experience.||The only minor downside was that the bar was not always staffed in the evening and cocktails were not available, so we occasionally had to look for a staff member. However, this did not diminish our overall positive impression.
