  Excelente place, very good value for the money! With a scooter for rent, cheap without formalities, there might be no better stay on Con Dao

  I stayed in a familyroom. The aircon was ok. Filter has to clean. A smal table with 2 chairs. Many moskitos in the room. The pillows old and moddy, the bathroom not clean and without window. The smal room fridge stands beside the bed and was smelling terrible, so I could not use it. The water inside very old. The matrass and size of the room was good. The GH is outside of town. It's too far away to walk, if you don't like to rent a scooter. Bicycle I did not see. A taxi is oneway 70-80.000d. The GH rent scooters. The owner is very friendly and always try to help me. The kitchen too full of old stuff, not clean and the fridge not working, while I arrived. They have a sittingarea outside the kitchen, it looks full of chaos with recycling things. The 1. floor is rented out for the owner. They like to give me the room direct beside the kitchen, where all time the waterpump was running. They accepted to change my room, what was very nice. At the 2. day they start renovation at 7am infront of the rooms with a lot of powder, so I could not open my window anymore. They try to work later, but with this construccion everywhere you could not sit outside. Anywhere it was to windy there. The reception was very smelly and dirty. So what to say? I felt very sad. I came to Con Son Green Island Hotel, because it's on countryside and I like peace and a green sourrounding. The name of the Hotel and the pictures on Google and booking platforms look very good, with plenty of plants and very clean. Most of the pictures are 5 years old. I think, before renting to guests, the GH has to finish renovation. Now is 01/26. The place has great potential. If the (new?) owner take care, it can be a really nice GH.

  Mình đã có 1 trải nghiệm vô cùng, vô cùng TỆ ở đây. Mình đặt 1 phòng đơn 2 đêm ngày 21,22. Chiều tối ngày 20 tự nhiên chủ home gọi điện hỏi mình sao chưa thấy đến nhận phòng, mình nói mai mình mới nhận phòng cơ mà. Lúc đó mình thấy hơi bất ổn rồi nhưng đã cọc phòng nên cũng k nghĩ ngợi nhiều. Ngày 21 nhận phòng đến tầm 10h sáng ngày 22 đi chơi về thay quần áo để đi cafe thì gặp chủ home tự nhiên chủ home lại đánh tiếng với mình là lát các bạn trả phòng nhỉ. Mình ngớ người bảo mình đặt 2 đêm mai mình mới trả phòng thì chủ home nói mình cần trả phòng luôn vì có khách Tây đặt rồi, đổ cho mình nhắn làm chủ home hiểu nhầm rằng mình đặt 1 đêm, xong nói sợ khách Tây chửi các kiểu. Thế là lần đầu tiên trong cuộc đời, dù đã đi và ở rất nhiều nơi, mình phải soạn đồ và tức tốc tìm 1 home khác thay thế để ở tiếp, may là không rơi vào ngày lễ chứ k là ra đường ngủ luôn. Home sợ khách Tây chửi nên không cần quan tâm đến cảm xúc và trải nghiệm của khách Việt phải k, hay khách Tây giá cao hơn, ở nhiều ngày hơn nên đuổi khách Việt đi. Hoặc khả năng rất cao là chủ home note nhầm thành mình đặt 2 đêm 20,21 ( chứ sao ngày 20 lại gọi điện hỏi mình nhận phòng, rồi ngày 22 lại đánh tiếng về việc trả phòng ) và đổ lỗi cho mình. Lần đầu tiên gặp cái homestay tồi tệ như vậy, quá coi thường khách hàng.

  It's a very good place to stay...owners are very friendly, helpful.|We also can cook in this place but surcharge is applied for cooking.|Laundry service will also be available.|They will help you to wash your laundry, surcharge is very cheap.|Stay is very amazing, living in here like you are staying in 2nd home.|Feeling like family members but just very far from your hometown😄😄.|We will come back here again if we visited Con Dao again

  I love my stay here as it is very peaceful, room are clean & spacious, the owner of homestay is very friendly and helpful. It is near the most delicious coconut Icecream in Côn đảo island, you must try it. Highly recommend to stay here

  Very nice hotel to stay in. Clean, good bed, cosy with all the plants. Very friendly owner, always ready to help. Also possible to rent moterbikes. Hotel is outside of city center but not far away. Ideal location to discover the island. Room are big enough, possibility to cook ( outside kitchen).
