  We had a great experience here — totally worth it. We spent two wonderful days fully enjoying all the resort’s amenities. We took kayaks and explored the local pond, spotting many birds and even bats around sunset. We also had the pleasure of watching the sunrise on the beachfront. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and in the morning we were amused by several monkeys trying their best to get inside our room. The resort has a beautiful park where we enjoyed a relaxing stroll, discovering many exotic trees and plants. We stayed at other hotels on the island, but none offered such a rich and immersive experience. Highly recommended.

  We had a lovely three nights here. I especially enjoyed my villa, which was spacious and comfortable. The resort is very pretty, peaceful, and well kept. The breakfast is great with lots of à la carte options in addition to the buffet. The pizza was not good at all and the other food is good but not great. I still enjoyed dining there at the outside tables. I appreciated the ride to and from the airport. The staff are incredibly sweet and helpful. Overall, I recommend this place. We ended up leaving the resort only once to see the sunset on the other side of the island. I needed a vacation and this was a fantastic place to rest and decompress. Some of the amenities are a little old. The pool table is warped so all the balls end up in the middle of the table. The gym is ok but not well equipped. I enjoyed the beachfront though it’s really sad that there is so much trash beyond the property. I know it’s a lot to manage but I do suggest the resort do what they can to clean up that trash even though that part of the beach is not part of the resort. It would make the overall experience more pleasant.

  This is such a magnificent, absolutely unreal resort. Firstly, huge thank you for curating our experience at this beautiful resort, a special shout out to Nhuan for her service and foresight; always going above & beyond 🥰 We spent 6 wonderful nights here, it was exactly what we were wanting to get out of our stay. We stayed during the beginning of the rainy season (late May) and had a mix of warm weather (few rainy & sunny days) but either way we thoroughly enjoyed each day! There was a great gym, pool, pool table and most importantly a delightful spa - absolute must at one point. Our room was spacious, clean and GORGEOUS we loved the private alfresco area. We really can’t wait to come back here again!!

  We have just had a wonderful stay at Poulo Condor Boutique Resort & Spa, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Con Dao. A special thank you goes to Nhuan, who looked after us throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made our holiday even more memorable. The resort is peaceful, tranquil, and has everything you could possibly need. The food was amazing, especially the signature hot pot, and my coffee appeared first thing every morning, which was exactly what I needed to kickstart the day. The spa was also excellent. I had massages, scrubs, facials, and hair washing treatments. I would particularly recommend the hair washing, as it is not something we see often in European spas and it is well worth trying. We loved the beautiful beach at sunrise and sunset, and made great use of the stand-up paddle boards. The resort is also a short walk along the beach from the airport, where you can watch the planes land overhead. I would also recommend leaving the resort for a day trip to visit the museum and historic prison sites. It is a meaningful and important experience while visiting the island. Five stars without hesitation.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding stay – truly the best experience on Con Dao We had a wonderful stay at Poulo Condor Boutique Resort & Spa, spending two full weeks at the resort, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed in a private pool villa with a beautifully secluded setting, offering both privacy and comfort, while still being just a short walk from the beach. The villa itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with large rooms, an outdoor terrace, sun loungers, a daybed, and an outdoor dining area — perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything felt calm, generous, and well-balanced, never crowded or rushed. The resort is peaceful, refined, and harmoniously integrated with nature. From the layout to the atmosphere, everything feels intentional and of high quality. A very special thank you goes to Nhuan, who was our host during our stay. She is truly exceptional — warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Over two weeks, she consistently made us feel welcome and well looked after, always present when needed without ever being intrusive. Her energy and dedication added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. The service throughout the resort was consistently excellent, the staff kind and respectful, and the overall feeling was one of authenticity, calm, and understated luxury. We are leaving with beautiful memories and a strong wish to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Con Dao and looking for privacy, comfort, and a truly memorable stay.

  There’s nothing more to say but amazing. We stayed for 3 nights here and to be honest, it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever got for the price. One thing that really stood out to me has gotta be how friendly the staffs were, very attentive, makes you feel the utmost comfortable and at home. Next up is the breakfast, the menu doesn’t really have much in my opinion, but the taste is on point, i loved the food there. About the room, we stayed in a villa that has 2 separate rooms, idk what’s that called, but it was great, clean, spacious, very comfy. Don’t even get me started on the pool and the beaches there, absolutely stunning, with rocky cliffs views and a chill pool bar behind, peak. You even get a chance to bike around the facility and to enjoy the fresh air in the early morning, make sure you make the most out your time there, because you’ll be missing it alot when you’re heading home. Overall man, this hotel scored its place in me, from the bottom of my heart, i thank everybody here for giving me such a great stay. If any of yall are reading this, you SHOULD consider booking a room, i promise, PROMISE you won’t ever regret it. That’s All, Peace

  A very relaxing place. My second stay here over the years. While the staff are very nice and friendly, they are not as attentive as before. Communication, particularly with reception, can be difficult and often confusing. The supposed free transport to and from the town are particularly lacking. We were told we must plan 1 day in advance, so very inconvenient and leaves you reliant on taxis/Grab. I understand they prefer to keep you on the property, but they shouldn’t advertise services they are not readily willing to offer. Housekeeping standards slipped throughout our stay, meaning you constantly have to call reception for very basic needs. Lastly, the hotel needs to think about how it manages the amount of rubbish washing up on the beach.

  I visited Poulo Condor Boutique Resort & Spa with my partner and was looking forward to a relaxing stay on the beautiful island of Con Dao. Unfortunately, during our holiday, I suffered a foot fracture after an accident.||What could have become a very stressful experience turned into something much easier to manage because of the incredible support we received from the hotel team.||A very special thank you goes to Nhuan. From the moment the accident happened, she showed genuine care and kindness. She helped organize transportation to the hospital, assisted us with communication, checked on me regularly, and always made sure we knew what options were available. Her support went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect.||Being injured on a remote island can feel overwhelming, but thanks to Nhuan and the team, I always felt safe, cared for, and supported. Even after my treatment, she continued to check on my recovery and helped us with arrangements for our onward journey.||Apart from this unexpected event, the resort itself is beautiful. The peaceful atmosphere, the stunning beach, the charming colonial architecture, and the warm hospitality made our stay very special. It is a wonderful place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the natural beauty of Con Dao.||Although my holiday did not go as planned, I will always remember Poulo Condor with gratitude. The genuine kindness and compassion shown by Nhuan and the entire team made all the difference.||Thank you for taking such good care of me. I hope to return one day under happier and healthier circumstances.
