  Everything was perfect! Specially the staff and the owner has been very friendly. You can use the kitchen and all the tools. You can rent a motorbike there. We plant for couple day and stayed 9 days in the end. Very nice garden where you can make a barbecue or just light up a fire and relax. Best place to stay on the island for sure!

  We stayed for 8 days and loved everything about it - perfectly simple and comfortable bungalows in a tranquil setting, right on the edge of the jungle with a lush, well-maintained garden. Macaques frequent the jackfruit trees and are a joy to watch. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is far enough out of town to be relaxed and close enough to everything: beaches, treks, restaurants and cafes, all the joys of the island, to be accessible by scooter (which can be hired from De La Rosa at an excellent price). Thank you De La Rosa for an unforgettable stay!

  Beautiful houses in the garden. Animals are walking. Сleanliness and comfort. Situated away from the noisy street. Attentive owner.

  A perfect place. Slightly (just enough) out of "city center", amazing jungle feeling with warm and proffessional staff. Recommend you hire the scooter from the place, cheaper than elsewhere besides. Our room was always in good shape, stayed for 9 nights. We also had a nice surprise in our room, the tokee-gecko. And most amazing, there was an entire family, a little tokee gekko was sunbathing on our rooftop when the sun hit there. ❤️‍🔥 We had been thinking also in Cat Tien National Park (before we came here) that what is that sound. In De La Rosa one evening the sound was louder and the next day, for some reason, the female gekko was in out bathroom. Nothing scary at all, just perfect. We closed the Lights and after our dinner it was gone. (They are harmful not to worry). There is no breakfast but you can use the fridge they have (no fridge or s.box in the room).

  I had the pleasure of staying here for six nights during end of May to beg. of June. The communication via Whatsapp was very clear and friendly and I arranged for pick-up at the airport for 250k which is far cheaper than taking grab or similar. The location is not directly in the center which I found good, being surrounded by a lot of nature and locals. The cabin was very clean, organized and had everything required to have an enjoyable time. Motorbike renting through the host was also cheaper than compared to an official rental so overall everything required was provided by the host. The communication itself was done via google translate but for me that’s not a disadvantage or reason not to visit, as the staff was always available and friendly and I also don’t speak Vietnamese. On the last day I lost my phone because of the haste of the check out and they helped me find it and remained calm which I appreciated, while I could even get my flight. So can really recommend staying here.

  very nice garden and quite nice bungalows. Enjoy watching monkey gangs visiting ;) good motorbikes to rent. What we didn't like is noise from nearby construction and burned waste around. My advice to owners: get some hammocks and try to cover the upper window so no light comes in at night. Overall pleasant stay.

  A cozy retreat surrounded by a small forest, perfect for those who appreciate greenery and a simple life. I woke up to birdsong, sipping my tea as I enjoyed the rain and the gentle sound of the wind weaving through the leaves above.

  The property is located in a truly dreamy setting and beautiful well kept garden, with lots of potential to be an unforgettable holiday spot. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t quite match the photos on the booking page. The place didn’t feel as clean or fresh as advertised. We had to request new towels and sheets because the ones provided had stains, which was disappointing. The bathroom was very worn and not properly cleaned, making it feel uncomfortable to use. Another downside was the outdoor are in front of the house - there weren’t proper chairs to sit and relax, which felt like a missed opportunity given the beautiful surroundings. Overall, for the price it was acceptable, but the property would benefit greatly from better upkeep of the interior, cleaner facilities, and some updates to match the charm of its location.
