  Very good service, today lady here helped me find a bus to Ho Chi Min city, called and booked a seat for me on the bus. A man with my name on a piece of paper was waiting for me at the port and he put me on a bus to Ho Chi Min City. Best regards, Filip

  The boat was cancelled for 2 days because of storms, but everything got sorted without a hassle, full refund given and new tickets issued :)

  Good value for the money. Much cheaper than the flight. Although it is cold inboard and if you are seasick the waves can be quite high.

  The woman working there was very rude and unfriendly. She should not be working with public if she doesn’t like it. In 4 months in Vietnam this is the first and only bad experience I had. If you need to buy a ticket better to go to ferry harbour. The lady there is helpful and friendly

  Stuff doesn't speak a word in English. With google translate it gave us bus timetable to go to ferry port. We came next day for bus, but she told there is no bus. We went to Port by taxi and Port told us that ferry leaves from city center (New port!!!). We had to buy another taxi and run back to ferry. Waste of money and waste of time. Very bad service. In the mainland there is superdong shuttle bus (60k) to SocTrang but it leaves without waiting till all passengers dissembark.. We expected that so we made to the bus but be cautious! Better organization is needed 🙏

  Extremely useless. Superdong office, but they ask you to book tickets on the website and don’t have any information about the Superdong shuttle or a possible bus to Ho Chi Minh
