  In my opinion, this turned out to be the best place we found. During all seven days of our stay we kept looking for somewhere to have a really good dinner, but nowhere fully satisfied us. Then, on our very last day, we randomly found this place on the map — and I was absolutely delighted. It’s more of a bar than a restaurant, but the food was simply incredible. We ordered the set menu and every single dish was amazing. The ceviche and the matcha tiramisu were especially outstanding. It was also during Tet, and we happened to win a number of cocktail shots in a lottery. Since we don’t drink alcohol, they happily replaced them with non-alcoholic drinks. All the drinks — both the ones we won and the ones we ordered — were excellent. Another really fun part is that you can describe what kind of drink you want, and the bartenders will create something exactly to your taste. The bartenders here are truly very talented. This place is a real gem of Dalat. I highly recommend it.

  This bar is an oasis. Friendly quick service with a smile. A perfect date night venue. The atmosphere is elegant without being over stated. They offer a free drink on occasion. The servers are super cute. I love this place!

  Loved it here! Went back every night after we discovered it 🤩 Cocktails were absolutely the best in Vietnam so far and the staff loads of fun and very knowledgeable. Happy hour is fab fyi !

  Tasty food and good cocktails. A bit on the pricey side for Vietnam, and portions are a bit small. But we wanted a fine dining experience and we lined it!

  Must visit! Close your eyes and let the magic happen ❤️ Just tell the bartender what you're in the mood for, and they'll whip up something special just for you. Food is good same as drinks!

  I had a wonderful experience at Germination. What impressed me the most was not only the quality of the food and drinks, but also the professionalism of the entire team. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and approachable. They created a warm and relaxed atmosphere that made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Their genuine smiles, positive energy, and attentive service truly stood out. After a long and stressful day, Germination felt like the perfect place to unwind, clear my mind, and enjoy a few peaceful moments. It’s more than just a restaurant and bar—it’s a place where people can relax, connect, and leave feeling better than when they arrived. Thank you to the whole Germination team for such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, excellent drinks, and outstanding hospitality.   My experience at Gemination with my friends was amazing. They offer great drinks and good vibe. It's quite funny, but I'm actually impressed by the toilet that has everything in it literally. We spent around two hours having cocktails and chatting. Next time, I would love to come back and try out their dining menu.

  I wholeheartedly recommend the cocktail called Thu Lu—it has truly become my absolute favorite! I can’t praise the bartender enough for this delightful creation. The food is also quite good, which adds to the overall experience. I was especially moved by the beautiful decorations for Reunification Day; they truly touched my heart.
