  I’ve been to many cocktail bars and am a fervent foodie. Nobar is like going to a 3 star Michelin restaurant but then for cocktails. Every drink is meticulously crafted. Most ingredients are brewed and infused by the bartenders themselves, which results in amazingly complex cocktails with layers of taste. These could very well be put on a menu of a high-end restaurant to be paired with dishes or enjoyed on its own. A little patience is needed as each cocktail gets a lot of attention. The cocktail scene in Vietnam developed quickly but Nobar stands out, even against the best bars in London, Amsterdam, Paris and Barcelona. Highly recommend! PS.   Tucked away hidden in the Da Lat town centre, NO bar is a gem that feels like a secret handshake among cocktail lovers. This tiny artisanal spot—think intimate seating—is all about precision and passion, helmed solo by the maestro behind the bar, Dung. He didn't just craft the menu; he poured his soul into it, weaving in Vietnamese flavors like fresh infusions, passionfruit twists, and subtle hints of spices that nod to local roots without ever overwhelming the palate. Each sip is balanced poetry—bold yet approachable, creative without trying too hard. And yes, he has a shiitake mushroom old-fashioned on the menu and it was scrumptious. Calling him a genius might be a stretch, but the guy's got that rare spark: innovative, knowledgeable, and effortlessly skilled. My wife and I ducked in on a quiet weeknight, seeking refuge from the relentless racket at our hotel (looking at you, Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel—bless their "heritage" charm, but sometimes silence is the real luxury). NO bar delivered pure zen: soft lighting, chill vibes, and Dung chatting us through his creations. The next morning, we hit up a renowned specialty coffee roaster nearby, and the barista lit up the second we mentioned Dung—turns out, his talent's no secret in these parts.

  One of my favorite bars in Da Lat. Creative and delicious drinks. Many of the cocktails had inventive flavor combinations focusing on local flavors. The bartender (and part owner) Sơn was knowledgeable about cocktails and fun to talk to. Wonderful guy! The bar itself had a good vibe to it. Really serene and comfortable. Warm and inviting. Decor has a mid century modern design. Would stop by again in the future for some amazing drinks and to visit Sơn.

  I visited this cute little bar on Thursday night and had such a good experience. Super cozy vibes and cool artsy decor (specially loved the origami design). The drinks were great and the service was lovely. Highly recommend guys

  Absolute gem of a cocktail bar. The bartenders are true professionals at their craft. Our group of five ordered nine different drinks both on the venue and bespoke. Each was spectacular and unique. Planning to return for a second night.

  Great time at Nobar, we tried Negroni and "rungaian", one of their signature drinks. Everything was really good tbh.

  YES! Warm and cosy decor. Very friendly service and excellent cocktails. Smooth background tunes but not too loud. Definitely a place to become a regular.
