  I went for the 60-minute hot stone full body massage. I booked via Facebook message and they were very responsive. My masseuse was great; her technique was a good balance of firm and relaxing. The stones were at times a little too hot but bearable. Staff were warm and polite. Price is very reasonable. A pleasant experience.

  The service was very attentive and pleasant, the atmosphere was quiet, and the massage was excellent. The prices were reasonable. I would enthusiastically recommend it to everyone.

  Excellent massage!!! I highly recommend Nhu!! 💛💛💛 I extended the massage time because *finally* I had a masseuse who massaged me by feeling the tightness of my muscles and needs of my body! I asked for specific extra attention on an injury and she did such great care! I am coming back for a second massage before I leave because she knows what she’s doing. And the price is excellent! 🤩

  ***Perfectly Relaxing Experience*** I had the herbal massage and facial care here, and it was incredibly relaxing! They asked me about my problem areas beforehand and really focused on them during the treatment, which I loved. You can tell they’re very skilled and attentive. The massage was soothing yet effective, and my skin felt super refreshed afterwards. All the towels were perfectly warmed, which made the whole experience even more comforting. Before and after the session they serve tea and candied ginger - the tea was a bit too sweet for my taste, but still a lovely touch. Overall, a wonderful spa experience with great service. I’d definitely come back!

  we had a foot and back/shoulder massage and it was really relaxing. they served good ginger tea and candied ginger after the massage and we really enjoyed them place was clean and the masseur were good. would recommend. we went without booking but it might be because it was not peak season.

  Walk in to the Spa. The owner was very kind, the lady gave us homemade ginger tea and dried ginger made by her mom. The masseur ladies were very skilled, didn't expect to have that kind of massage. We went there just to get foot massage, but they went all out and massage you from waist down. The price was also cheap for a massage like that. It was a great experience and we would like to go there again soon.

  The spa that I visited back in 2019 and I am so glad they are still around and still offering the same quality service that I remember about them. I lived in Dalat for several months in 2019 and remember this being one of the best spa experiences, and now being back in 2023 and staying here for slightly over a month, it’s still the same conclusion: one of the absolute best spas in all Dalat. What I like about this place: The calm and relaxing atmosphere, the quality of staff, and the reasonable pricing that match the nice range of professional care offerings. If you just landed from a flight or have had a long day, this is the place to come to. Forget searching around this town and not being sure if you will find the right massage—this place has it. Having come from Chiang Mai, Thailand where the quality of spa care treatment is really high, Dalat can’t really compare to Chiang Mai or Bali. But Ot Care is a diamond here in Dalat. This place is on par with what I can find in those other places. Highly recommended!

  I booked an appointment through the Facebook page. The environment here is great, and the massage therapist is excellent, especially when working on my shoulders—it felt so comfortable. However, I noticed that before the massage, they don’t provide foot washing for customers.
