  The center provides patients with great services. Doctors are very professional and enthusiastic. They carefully listen to patients so that they have appropriate diagnosis, which is beneficial for their patients.

  I went here to take anti-rabies injections and tetanus injection after a dog had bitten me. I was told it's the only place to have the anti-rabies injection in Dalat. There is english speaking staff and they are very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait at all to meet the doctor and I got my injections quickly.

  I visited this hospital for skin tags removal by laser, and the procedure was completed the same day The receptionist and doctor spoke English and I felt comfortable and my privacy was respected. The service was excellent, professional and hygienic. I had previously contacted some Beauty Parlours offering skintags removal by laser treatment, they quoted 5 million dong. Pasteur charged me 2.1 million dong. I am so pleased I discovered Pasteur and used their excellent service, which included an anti-biotics prescription and aftercare advice. It is a pity that their website and online presence does not have an English translation button.

  Easy (and only?) place to get rabies vaccines in Da Lat. Also convenient to get blood tests. Always have been in and out in a matter of 30 minutes. 520.000 vnd per shot of Verorab. Some of the staff speak good English, others are happy to use a translation app.

  I was referred to this center for a rabies vaccine, as it’s the only place in Da Lat that currently has it. It’s not open on weekends, which was frustrating as I was obviously trying to get the vaccine as soon as possible. But the receptionist spoke English, got me in and shot up and paid for quickly (only 310k). None of the doctors spoke English to me but that receptionist was there most of the time in case anything had to be translated, although it was a pretty straightforward deal. Took me maybe 30 minutes total on a Monday morning. They gave me a cute calendar card with all the dates of my next shots.

  I wish the lady at the registration desk had had a better servicing attitude. Coming from a living environment where personal data is very well respected and can rarely be asked without full understanding of the use purpose, I was highly alert when being asked to provide the 🆔 card. When I refused, I was grumpily requested (by her) to provide a lot of personal information, and she finally showed gender discrimination with her aweful attitude when asking for my gender. Registration desk is the entrance or face of this health facility. The staff here need to be trained to have a better understanding about personal data security and sensitivity, and proper servicing attitude to deal with foreign clients and/or those who are sensitive to such personal questions. We are living in AI times, when personal data is very crucial and can become harmful if it is abused or misused. I used to be very fond of Pasteur Institute in Vietnam, both Saigon and Dalat. After the above incident, I change my mind. What a regret!

  I rate this 2 out of 5 because 2 ladies of the five I encountered were very kind to me. The other 3 including reception seemed pushy/demanding, annoyed/angry, disrespectful and showed many signs of unprovoked passive aggression. 2 of them in room 119 who did my vaccine (May 20th 2026), talked about me in Vietnamese and laugh in my face, so very disrespectful. I don't understand what I did to them. If you hate your job just quit and find a new one rather than projecting your misery onto others. There needs to be some accountability in this institution.

  Went there twice for different health issues and both times i was seen by the same doctor. The first time I went there for treating cold/flu. The medicine doctor prescribed worked very well. But the second time, I went there for ear infection. The doctor did ear cleaning (very painful too) and prescribed lots of expensive medicine. And none of that worked for me. So I had to go to an ear specialist to get ear cleaning second time to only find out that all the stuff in my ear was still there. So basically this hospital is not equipped for doing ear cleaning and treat medical problems like this. If that is the case, they should’ve told the patient to see a specialist instead of trying to treat with inadequate equipment. Don’t come here if you need to treat your ear infections. Better find a specialist.
