I had a great experience with this practice. Making an appointment was easy via whatsapp and upon arrival the receptionists were patience and professional. I needed quite a difficult treatment but they explained everything (in english) with patience and honesty. Pricing is very good and clearly listed on a notice board in the the waiting room (foreign card payments accepted). Thanks a million.

I’ve now used this dental practice twice, both for check-ups and fillings. I couldn’t be more pleased with the dentist and the staff! So friendly and efficient! I would highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

I’ve been to Daisy ( Hai Bà Trưng ) twice, and I’m so impressed with their professionalism and care! I had two porcelain crowns replaced, and the process was smooth and painless. I also tried their teeth whitening service, and the results were amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care!

I would rate this clinic below 1 if it were possible. I ended up at this place through insurance with a tooth infection, and they did absolutely nothing to alleviate my condition. The staff responsible for taking X-rays made it feel like I was in a circus, not a serious clinic. Instead of doing their job, they were constantly on their phones, chatting with someone and laughing about something. One of them positioned me at the X-ray machine, fixed my head, and then continued texting on her phone. Is this normal? Was there something so urgent that it was more important than helping a patient with an emergency problem that needed immediate attention and who is paying you for this service? Another patient who came with me was positioned the same way at the X-ray machine, and they started taking photos and laughing? What kind of circus is happening in your clinic? Who gave you permission to treat patients this way? The doctor looked at my X-ray, examined my tooth, and instead of taking urgent measures, she started telling me that they don’t deal with such cases and that I needed to go to a hospital to get some tests done. Seriously? I needed immediate help with draining the abscess and prescribing antibiotics, not tests and your lies. Stay away from this clinic. I’m sure they survive on insurance payouts, which is why they don’t want to do anything and just collect fees for consultations. In another proper clinic, they fixed everything in 10 minutes, prescribed medication, and didn’t even charge me because emergency dental care is free there. They said they would only charge for further tooth treatment.

I was just walking in and parking lot employee screamed at me for absolutely no reason. He said something in Vietnamese. Since I don’t speak the language, I politely said “Sorry, again?” — literally just once. Before I could even understand what he wanted (I think he was asking which motorbike was mine), he started screaming at me. This wasn’t my first time here, but one simple polite clarification and he treats a customer like that? Extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. I came here to enjoy my visit, not to get yelled at the moment I walk in. This horrible first impression ruined the whole experience. I will not be returning for more.
