Largest gym complex in the city. Sauna in each rooms for men and women. Daily price is 100.000 when the monthly membership goes to 700.000. For the space, wide range of equipments that is truly remarkable for the cable and assisted machines, the stretching and boxing area, the group classes and the sauna. The best you can get in Da Lat no question.

Really good gym here! 100k day pass, heaps of equipment upstairs, stretching / class / powerlifting area downstairs, sauna, can’t go wrong.. Oh and you can like walk in and train in the same shoes you’re wearing like a normal person

My cousin and I were looking for a gym and came across this one on Google. The pictures looked great, so we had high hopes — but I also prepared myself for the worst, because many gyms in Vietnam look better in photos than they do in real life. When we arrived, we heard the price was 100K for a day pass. I’m more used to paying around 15K–50K, but considering Da Lat is a very touristy place and this is a fairly new gym, it felt reasonable. The gym really exceeded expectations. Great equipment, a nice boxing area with free boxing gear to use, and even a sauna. There are showers with soap provided, free towels (a bit on the small side), and good music playing. Overall, this is a great gym — especially for serious gym goers. Definitely a good place to train.

Brilliant gym, with very helpful staff. The main things you want to know Day pass = 100k Sauna = 50k. Limited to 60c in the sauna. Gets hot enough when you add water. They lend you towels. They are mini, take 2-3 if you’re not bringing your own towel and plan on showering or using the sauna. 2 showers that are decent and have body wash supplied. They have lockers however most of the working ones are taken by members. You also have to bring your own lock. Make sure it’s a small one. All the machines and free weights you need for any workout, sled also and a boxing area downstairs.

Despite living just down the street, I only recently discovered this newly opened gym. I checked it out today and was impressed by how modern the facilities are. All of the equipment was in excellent condition, and the gym itself was quite spacious. Additionally, the trainers at the front desk were all incredibly helpful and approachable. It can be nerve-wracking walking into a gym for the first time, but they made the experience really pleasant. Now, what I found awesome about this place was the on-site sauna. I didn't have the chance to try it during my visit, but the staff did say it was included with a membership. Given everything the gym has to offer, I can see why it's becoming so popular. I will be back for sure!
