The hotel manager is amazing. She is very kind, friendly, thoughtful and helpful. She is one of the best hotel staff I've encountered. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We are absolutely grateful.

This is a charming heritage hotel in a great location of Da Lat center. The room was clean and elegantly decorated. Yet the hotel is on the main street so it could be a bit noisy at night due to the vehicles. Staff members were friendly and supportive. They proactively offered help without you asking for. The breakfast buffet wasn’t too impressive for the 4-star standard but the food taste good and they tried to flexibly offer different options every day.

A lovely vintage-style room with friendly and helpful staff. However, the breakfast area is located in the basement and can only be accessed by stairs, as there is no elevator—this is a minor drawback. Besides that, everything else is great, and the location offers excellent value.

Nice hotel in a great location, walking distance to night market, and short taxi ride to cable car, crazy house, and flower garden. Phuong at reception was particularly helpful in our room selection, the security guard was attentive, breakfasts was adequate, recommend a visit.

I really would like to give this hotel a 5, but there’s a few things that I couldn’t overlook. Cons: -No available electrical outlets. We had to unplug other appliances in order to plug in our phones and computer, and even charged our iPad in the bathroom. Really needs an update here. -uncomfortable beds. When you order the large bed, it’s just two mattresses pushed together. Sleeping in the middle is so uncomfortable, I woke up in pain both nights -street can be a bit noisy (this is a minor point) -shower is a bit finicky. If you don’t use the rain shower head and use the handheld one instead, then the water tends to spray out of the tub, and ends up all over the floor. But breakfast was good, the hotel itself is beautiful, great location and service is excellent.

came across this hotel by chance and booked for a stay when our taxi drove by. I was attracted by its colonial styled facade and clean look.Helpful and friendly staff at the receptionist. I can’t remember her name but she was a young lady who had glasses and hair tied in a cute bun. she was also very helpful when she wasn’t sure if she had recommended the best foods around, she asked her colleagues. all of you at receptionist were so good.excellent breakfast spread!was upgraded to a superior suite with my travel companion. What a pleasant unplanned treat! Thank you

Very good hotel with clean rooms and professional service. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only funny comment is that people seemed to stare at me a little too much, haha! Overall, a pleasant stay.

Do not confuse this hotel with the larger more beautiful historical hotel that is directly across the street from it even though they are part of the same company. This hotel is very historically French with Parque, wood flooring, good Wi-Fi, good lighting, medium sized room but pleasantly decorated in an old world style. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. This hotel does not have air-conditioning but each room does have a large ceiling fan. I was in room 229 which was a corner room and I had two windows for cross ventilation and never felt the heat. They have one claim to fame that they like to mention, which is the original old elevator, a bit quirky but wonderful for tourists. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff was very friendly. Very centrally located and if you get a chance, cross the street and visit the Parc Palace hotel for a delicious lunch or dinner or stop for a drink and sit on their porch overlooking their beautiful ground.
