  I came with a friend and was able to stay at a cheaper rate due to their Accor points. Had we paid full price, I think it the experience would have been a slight bit underwhelming. The restaurants and food at both Bao and Deux Amants were both highly affordable and tasted surprisingly good. Would definitely return. The service and hospitality of all staff were wonderful. They made the experience extremely pleasant and are the reason I decided to write a review. The grounds are well kept and parking is highly available. The flowers are a great view and experience each day. Music almost everywhere through out the day was actually quite nice. The location is in a series of spiral roads which is a bit roundabout whenever coming and going, but the view of the gardens are nice and the roads are easy to travel through. This seems to used to be Grand Mecure and is now only Mecure which could be due to the rather average sizing of the spaces of the hotel. However, this does not affect how the staff act and maintain the resort, which was GREAT! The pool is cold so be wary, but still a nice space. The gym is opened late. Buggies are available to get around. Would come back again!

  We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Dalat Resort. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The gardens are well maintained, the swimming pool is lovely, and the overall atmosphere feels luxurious and relaxing. Most importantly, all of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Huy from the restaurant. During our stay, my daughter caught a bad cold and was not eating well. As a parent, I was very worried. Every morning at breakfast, Huy thoughtfully prepared warm cocoa for her and even packed a lunch box for us to take away. His kindness and genuine care made a difficult situation much easier for our family. When your child is sick while traveling, even small acts of kindness mean a lot. Thanks to Huy’s thoughtful support, we felt truly cared for and comforted during our stay. The beautiful facilities were impressive, but it was the warmth and kindness of the people that made this hotel truly special. We are very grateful for the wonderful memories and hope to return again someday. Thank you, Huy, and thank you to the entire Grand Mercure Dalat Resort team.

  This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam. We absolutely loved the boutique design and the beautifully curated garden. As a landscape and interior designer/builder, I have to compliment the exceptional landscape design as well as the thoughtful architecture—both exterior and interior are very well executed. It surpasses our experience at the Marriott VINPearl in Nha Trang. I highly recommend this hotel. While I’m not certain about how it compares price-wise to others, we found it very reasonable for the quality and experience offered.

  I had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Dalat. The hotel stands out for its beautiful design, with a great balance between indoor spaces and lush outdoor areas filled with well-maintained flowers. It really captures the charm and atmosphere of Dalat. The rooms are another highlight — instead of a typical high-rise building, the hotel is designed in a villa style, which helps preserve the local vibe and makes the stay feel more relaxing and unique. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, offering a good range of dishes in the buffet, suitable for different tastes. Although I was traveling for work and didn’t have the chance to explore many tourist attractions, I found the location very convenient. Most places I needed to visit were only about 10–15 minutes away by car. One small point for improvement: the hotel does not have an Executive Lounge yet. Hopefully, this will be added in the future to enhance the experience even more. Overall, a lovely and well-designed hotel — I would definitely consider staying here again.

  Exceptional stay at Mercure Dalat – highly recommended! We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Dalat. From the very first night, Mr. Vinh, the Front Manager, made a lasting impression. We arrived very late on our first day, and he personally waited to welcome us, which already showed the level of care and professionalism. On our check-out day, we faced a serious issue with our van transfer to Cam Ranh. Mr. Vinh truly went the extra mile—he spoke with the driver and car company, helped arrange a new van, and stood by our side during a quite heated conversation. His dedication, calmness, and genuine support were exceptional. The hotel itself is super nice—new, beautiful, relaxing, and set in a lovely environment with gardens and flowers. Dalat’s cool weather combined with the hotel’s pleasant music ambience makes the entire stay extremely enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable, with excellent bedding and a lovely feather down pillow. Turn-down service is also offered, which adds a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection and even sparkling wine on offer. Mr. Vinh also informed us that the hotel will be opening an executive lounge in about two months, which makes us even more excited to return. We will definitely come back and highly recommend Mercure Dalat to anyone visiting Dalat or Vietnam.

  We booked our stay at Mercure Da Lat from 23rd to 24th May 2026. Although the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, the hotel had kindly agreed to arrange a room for us by 10:00 AM. However, due to a misunderstanding in our travel schedule, we arrived at the hotel much earlier than expected—around 3:00 AM. Despite the unexpected arrival time, Ms. Nhung at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to arrange a room for us and ensured that we received exceptional hospitality throughout the process. What impressed us even more was that the hotel did not charge any additional fee and was genuinely willing to help us in the middle of the night. As an Accor Platinum member, I have stayed at many Accor properties, but I can honestly say that this was one of the most memorable hospitality experiences I have ever received. The team at Mercure Da Lat made our small couple's getaway truly special and unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Nhung and the entire Mercure Da Lat team. We look forward to returning soon and enjoying your wonderful hospitality again. Deeply grateful.

  I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Dalat. The hotel compound is beautifully designed and creates a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The toilet was also spotless, which I greatly appreciated. The service provided by the staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. A special thank you to the team for assisting us with restaurant bookings, which made our trip much more convenient. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary fruit plates and daily chocolates, which added a warm and welcoming feel to our stay. We experienced an issue with the minibar not being cold, but the staff responded promptly and replaced it twice in an effort to resolve the problem. Their professionalism and willingness to help were truly commendable. Overall, Mercure Dalat provided a memorable experience with beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and attentive hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat.

  No lift so if travel with big and heavy luggage, need to highlight this to them.. At night, the lights at the villa's common area were too dim especially the staircase. Should just add some sensor light. A friendly suggestion that you should place a concierge counter and staff near the entrance. Upon arrival, I have to carry my own luggage up the staircase to the lobby to check in. After that, they only brought my luggage to the buggy and left behind my backpack at the lobby. Besides, it will be more welcoming if someone greeted us upon arrival. But there's no one there. Luckily the scent of lily at the lobby makes it up. Breakfast was good. Environment was beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Meeting the international chain standard. The food at Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is decent but not very authentic.
