  Stayed here two times. Both were satisfied. Prime location, spacious, good price, warm service. Many Koreans stay here, if anything I just want to say stop closing your door as hard as possible. It's a bother to other rooms.

  Great hotel! Spacious room, very clean, good water . .pressure , and hot water in shower Is very comfortable beds. Perfect location in the amazing stuff

  The hotel staff works super quickly. She is also kind and take good care of customers. The room is spacious and clean. You can hear people in the hallway but you won't hear other rooms' noise. I stayed here for 3 days for a business trip and I'm super happy that I found out this hotel. They have desk for working and another table for tea and eating. TV has local channels. I love it. I can watch news and shows at night. Breakfast is not included but you can find many tasty local food such as xôi, bánh mỳ, bún, phở on the street near the hotel so this is not a problem to me. 10/10 Highly recommend and I'd love to return here.

  Thank you to all Hana Dalat Hotel's Receptionists and Manager for taking care of us during our stay from Dec 29 to Jan 1 2020. Excellent Hotel location, nearby crazy house, night market and lakes...bakery and beef noodles store are nearby. Hotel receptionist during our stays are very friendly and helpful. Speak very good English, our room is very clean, spacious and room facility is good. I strongly recommend it.

  Pros- big and nice room, good WiFi |Cons- no breakfast, heater not as hot|Overall a good stay. Rooms and beds were huge so it was good. Saw ants in rooms and was abit turn off. Very big and nice cafe shop nearby to have a cuppa and eatery for vegans walkable.

  My fiance booked the hotel based on the location. When I found out that it was located at one of the main roads in Da Lat I wasnt that sure if it is going to be a decent stay. ||||Well - surprise surprise! The hotel was firstly a surprise in its appearance and especially the welcome at the reception. These girls are all fantastic! They really try to provide a great piece of hospitality and they do! We arranged everyting with them we needed for the family trip ... cars transport ... tour.... food recommendations. Everyone can really feel welcome and safe with this kind of team. ||||The rooms are clean and decent for the price you pay. Although, we usually stay in another hotel everytime we come back to a place we already visited - we may consider to stay again with this hotel as it is so convenient to reach all places of interest.||||Thanks for a great stay!

  This is one of our best finds in the numerous trips to Dalat! The hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the market center and tucked on a street with multiple eateries, both local and international. The staffs at the reception are impeccable. They even provide a cipy of a map of Dalat and addresses of the numerous eateries/restaurants serving Vietnamese, Asian and western cuisines. I only managed to book a standard room and it was huge, clean, functional and quiet. I was totally impressed by the place.
