At first, I was hesitant to book a hotel near the night market, but I’m so glad I did! I was very satisfied with my stay. The location is great, and the service was always fast and efficient. A special thank you to Duy, who helped us with everything from A to Z during our stay. He was extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and always offered assistance whenever we needed anything. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. If I come back to Vietnam, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great Hotel, good service, Colline Hotel is in the central of Đà Lạt City, close to night market, very convenient. Varied breakfast and delicious, room is very clean, decoration is beautiful and luxury. Me and my family have a great experience in Colline Hotel because of helpful and friendly staffs - specially: Ms. Trang - Banquet Sales Manager, the man - Front Office Manager, Ms. Trâm - Coffee Restaurant Lobby, all Bellman and all Receptionist. Appriciate all you guys so much. Definitely 100% I will come back this hotel again. Finally highly recomended Colline Hotel to every one who is looking for a great Hotel in Đà Lạt. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Da Lat Night Market. The room was nice, facing the lake and the mountains. Not only were there welcome fruits, but there were also farewell fruits upon check-out. I especially want to commend Mr. Thong Le for his warm and attentive service. I've stayed in many hotels, and this was the best service I've ever received.

I wanted to stay here a couple of times but hadn’t had the chance until now. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I really like their minimalist design, but I’m not a fan of the bathroom layout. The room soundproofing is terrible — I could hear people laughing and talking next door while resting in my room. We also couldn’t sleep on our first night due to some weird feelings related to spirits. So when you get to your room, please knock three times and ask “them” for permission to stay here. We brought outside food and asked the staff if they could warm it up for us, and they were nice enough to say yes. As someone who has traveled for years and lived in America, I understand why most hotels won’t do that because of health policies and liability concerns. I’m fully aware of the situation. However, one staff member later came back and asked us to sign an agreement for bringing in outside food. She also mentioned that the fee was 300,000 VND, but they would waive it as a complimentary gesture. The way she explained it made me feel like the hotel was doing me a favor without informing me beforehand that I would need to sign an agreement and that there would normally be a 300,000 VND fee before agreeing to warm up the food.

I was very disappointed with my stay because I paid an additional 300,000 VND per night (600,000 VND total for two nights) specifically for a room with a window. However, when I opened the curtains, the window faced a concrete wall and ground area with bushes above it, providing no meaningful view and very little sense of openness. The view was unpleasant and not what I expected when paying extra for a window room. Additionally, when I opened the door to get some fresh air, there was a strong urine odor coming from outside, which made the room environment even less enjoyable. I understand that a “window room” technically includes a window, but charging an extra 600,000 VND for a room whose window faces a concrete wall with no actual view feels misleading. When I raised my concerns with the front desk at checkout, I did not feel that they were addressed adequately. I understand the hotel may feel that I should have reported the issue earlier during my stay. However, the room view and outside odor remained disappointing throughout my visit, and I believe my concerns were still valid and deserved a more helpful response when they were brought to the staff’s attention. I hope the hotel will be more transparent about room views when advertising room upgrades and provide better customer service when guests raise legitimate concerns. This would help prevent future guests from having the same disappointing experience.

I booked this hotel for pool and gym access. Neither are available. They should make a note of that for people looking for amenities. Room was ok, breakfast if good with a good selection of Vietnamese dishes. Location is excellent if you want to walk around the night market.
