  Great service from the start. Easy check-in and check-out process. Rooms are very spacious, and kept nice and clean. Perfect location if you don't want to be absolutely central in the city center, while still close to everything. Good restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, but there are many local vietnamese restaurants, as well as a fried chicken place, nearby for more options. Maybe the breakfast does not contain your usual western foods, but atleast ok for even the picky eaters I'd say. We went on 2 different day tours, which can pickup from the hotel doorstep, great 👍 Highly recommend!

  The staff was friendly and provided excellent service at check in. There was a fight in the room next to us which caused a bit of commotion and the guests next door to us were in a connecting room from which they tried to enter our room twice leaving me and my family very disturbed. We told the front desk and we were moved into a much quieter room. The staff has no control over the behavior of the guests and we appreciated how quick the hotel was to respond to the issue.

  We stayed here for around 10 days and had a pleasant experience. The staffs were very attentive and kind. Even the cleaning staffs remembered and greeted me during my stay. They would try their best to support your needs. The manager Mrs. Hanh was very attentive. Thank you all so much for your excellent service!

  Such a cute and clean hotel with super friendly staff!! As soon as you walk in, they greet you with warm tea and dried fruits to try. Everything was delicious and the staff is incredibly sweet and caring. I would absolutely come stay here many more times if the opportunity presents itself. Very spacious rooms and accommodations as needed. Whenever i needed taxi, they were quick to call someone for me and always open doors 🥹❤️ Ac works in rooms and they have snacks, water, hair dryers, safe available to use in the room. Thank you for the happy stay

  The breakfast buffet makes it 4* for me. Our room was spacious and I like the beds. The balcony view isn't anything spectacular but I like it. Some issues we had: our room's toilet water pressure was very weak so flushing took 2+ times, the hairdryer handle was broken but still worked, and a light bulb keep flickering. They're small issues, but suppose it's a 4* hotel, they stand out a little.

  The hotel has a lovely French colonial design. The room was spacious and clean, with two very generous sized double beds. The view was of part of the city (which was average). The gym, spa and pool table area on the ground floor was very quiet and not appealing. I did not feel safe to be alone there. The check in was super quick. The breakfast buffet was ok. The location is a 15 minute drive to the lake.

  My wife and I have stayed at La Sapinette during our frequent visits since 2011. Throughout, we have had a wonderful experience and found little wanting. We have seen numerous General Managers cone and go, but the remaining management and staff have consistently upheld the high standards of service quality and guest relations. We have recommended La Sapinette to our friends unreservedly and they all enjoyed their stay at the hotel. However, on my recent visits and stays, I have noticed a fall in the standards in the hotel particularly in housekeeping, F & B| and maintenance. Many of the staff we have known for years are gone and new staff don’t seem to have the same ability to provide the service quality La Sapinette was known for. Clearly, staff turnover is a major problem faced by many hotels in a very competitive hospitality industry in Dalat. The hotel is ageing and needs to replace room amenities. There is need to have a general refresh of the hotel in all respects. As a frequent guest who has enjoyed numerous stays, I hope to see La Sapinette regain its former high standards. All said, one enduring quality of La Sapinette is its excellent guest relations. The front office staff are very good.
