  Everything's as we expected,clean ,spacious and friendly. Staff are welcoming and very professional. Only downfall was the lack of hot water for showering and they seem to be at a loss as how to fix this problem. Yes I would certainly recommend this hotel.

  Located near tourist attraction Love Valley, this hotel have bigger rooms than other hotels in the city center of Dalat. It also equipped with a large kid zone at the basement. Breakfeast served in buffet is good enough. Car parking area is at the backyard behind the hotel. Friendly staffs

  Room has good size, but looks depressing . The shower is in the bath tub, which is too hard to get in and out. Hotel is next to a farm or something, that you can smell the fertiliser! Too far from the central. No sound proof, we could hear all the noises outside the room. One good thing: good buffet breakfast.

  Very impressive huge nice lobby with many dining/entertainment areas. Large hotel catering mostly for seminars, conventions, weddings and other parties etc. Good selection at buffet breakfast mostly vietnamese dishes. My deluxe double quite spacious with small balcony nice view. Furniture a bit aged. Pillows and mattress very comfortable. Room cleaning needs attention. Staff a bit stressed and not engaged. For a 5 star not up to that standard in general.

  The hotel is lovely. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. We had a couple of service glitches at dinner on our first night and the issues were handled professionally. The F&B manager sought us out and addressed them. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine & fruit platter, which was greatly appreciated. The top floor bar is unique in that it doubles as a strawberry nursery. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

  Staff are very friendly and attentive on arrival, and first impressions are good. The rooms are large, though in need of refurbishment (and cleaning the mould in the bathrooom wouldn’t go amiss). Bed is large and comfortable. Breakfast options are many, though the bacon, sausages, eggs and even the coffee is only slightly warm. During our stay these was a function downstairs, which was intrusively loud in the room. A good hotel, but not 5 stars.

  Charming hotel located out of the city centre on a hill. Wonderful views over the city landscape. Spacious rooms and friendly service. |I found the food to be the best flavours I’ve had since being in Vietnam. Absolutely packed with flavour and great presentation. We were looked after by Bao and Cu’ong and a special thank you to the food and beverage manager for making everything special for us.|Highly recommended

  The hotel was interesting. The garden on the roof was neat as was the view. Staff was extremely courteous. However, the building was strange. It made me think of a Temu castle.
