  Very accommodating staffs. They cater early check-ins if you arrive early in the morning. I was supposed to check-out on time and asked for a late check-out rate and gave it to me for free. All in all very very nice hotel and accommodating. Will stay here if I come back

  Location is perfect. Plenty of food and coffee options nearby. Staff was very accommodating, we were on the bottom floor and wifi was a little weak, the front desk moved us up 2 floors and everything was wonderful. Great staff.

  Wonderful location. Easy to get around. Plenty of restaurants near by. Staff is Wonderful. We were on the bottom floor and I couldn't get wifi. They moved us to another floor and it was perfect. Thank you Wonderful staff at the front desk.

  La Marais is a stylish and comfortable choice in Da Lat. The rooms are clean, modern, and well furnished, with a warm atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in. Service is attentive and the location is convenient — close to town but not in the middle of the chaos. That said, a couple of things could be improved. The marble corridors tend to echo, and because the guestroom doors have a noticeable gap at the floor, hallway noise carries into the rooms more than expected. The breakfast buffet also feels underwhelming compared to the standard of the hotel overall — functional but limited. Overall: A very good stay with polished rooms and professional service. If they refine the breakfast and address the noise issues, it could easily be a five-star experience.

  All is good, excepting bathroom is quitely small. The manager of receptionist owns professional work. He read my email sent on Saturday. He called me in morning on Monday and gave me alternatives when I wanna change check-in date on Agoda app. When I changed check-out date sooner than schedule and notified to the receptionist, I didn’t think that I would be refund a part of cash amount. I’m supprised and happy because of their integrity.

  The room we stayed in for 4 nights it's on the 2nd floor which smell very strong molding and feel damp. Front desk give us two choice,,, pay more to change to different room or they can spray scented oil to disguise the smell. Good thing :the hotel served good breakfast. Restaurants within 1km distance and convenience store within 100m.

  The rooms were fine and the hotel was clean but that’s where the positives end. The staff doesn’t engage with you at all. No one even told us about the breakfast. The location is terrible if you don’t have your own car as it is far away from everything. We were misled by the description on booking.com which described this as convenient when visiting the lake. Not walkable. No food and beverage close by. No food on site and don’t allow you to eat in common spaces. Soundproofing is an issue like others mentioned and to make matters worse, despite being 7 floors of 8 rooms each, they packed us in between the only other two noisy guests in the entire property! Why not space us out more? In a town of hundreds of hotels I don’t see why anyone would choose this one.

  Where to start! No soundproofing, you hear everything from the inside and outside. Poorly managed, half way through my stay they cancelled the buffet breakfast because lack of guests, I didn't find out until I went for breakfast and it was left to the poor staff to tell me! Now in fairness they did cook me an omelette but that's not the point, I paid for the choice of a buffet! Then on checking out they charged me 200,000d for a porcelain shower gel container I accidentally dropped on my first night, thanks for the heads up!
