The facilities might not fully meet a 5-star standard (depending on the room), but the service definitely does — and here’s why. This is my second time staying here. The first time was last month, when I stayed in a room with only a walk-in shower. Everything was great, which is why I decided to come back. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings and a grand, welcoming atmosphere. The swimming pool is heated and has both adult and kids’ areas in one pool, which is very convenient, and it’s open until 8 PM. There’s also a free indoor playground for kids and a PlayStation area (extra charge) open until 10 PM. It was raining when we arrived in Da Lat, so I was really glad I chose this hotel — my kids were still able to enjoy the pool and indoor play area. Breakfast had excellent variety, including banh mi, plain porridge with salted duck egg, pho, and more — all things our family enjoys. From the moment our car arrived, every staff member we encountered was polite, welcoming, and attentive. Initially, I was assigned a room with only a walk-in shower, so I called the front desk to mention that my booking included a bathtub (and my kids really wanted one). Fortunately, they had availability and quickly arranged a room change. A bellman even came to help move our luggage to the new room. Since we are a family of four (our kids are 5 and 6, and there’s an extra charge as per policy), they thoughtfully added extra water bottles and towels in the new room. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail. When my child realized she had left her mermaid Barbie in a drawer in the previous room, the staff contacted the new guests who had just checked in to that room to help look for it, then called us back with an update. Although we didn’t find the doll, I truly appreciated their care and effort over such a small detail. The reason I mentioned the facilities may not be 5-star is because of the bathtub. It seems poorly installed — either the design didn’t account for proper placement, or the construction was not done well. The drainage is not aligned properly, causing water to spill out easily, bringing along dirt and even what looked like algae or mold from underneath the tub. Seeing that after my kids used the bathtub was definitely unpleasant. If you stay in a room with a bathtub, you’ll likely understand what I mean. That said, I was still able to overlook it because the service here was truly outstanding and will definitely stay here again (this is already my second time)

What a grand and unforgettable experience! Our room was exceptionally spacious, and the hotel’s location made it effortless to reach great food and the top sights in the area. My wife surprised me with this stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was truly the perfect choice. What made it even more special were the thoughtful, personal touches—like the good-night cookies delivered every evening. Small gestures, but they made the stay feel genuinely warm and cared for. We absolutely loved our time here. Highly, highly recommended!

Good facilities and services overall. Consider this place more of 3-4 stars though. Clean room and equipped with basic amenities. The isolation is a bit poor allowing cold to get inside but the AC is heating enough. The gym is very basic located right next to the pool. The location is okay not far from attractions and in relatively quiet area. The breakfast has variety of options but mainly local cuisine. Taste is very average.

If you're expecting a true 5-star hotel experience, you might be slightly disappointed. They really need to improve in order to live up to a 5-star standard. A child had scribbled on the wall with pencil, and no one had cleaned it off. There were drill holes in the bathroom wall, the shampoo was not refilled enough, there was no body lotion provided, and the refrigerator was completely empty. Our room was right next to an unfinished construction area of the hotel. The balcony was dusty and connected to other rooms, which did not feel very safe or private. Our motorbike was parked in the basement in the guest parking area, but it was frequently moved to another spot. I also tried to find the complimentary sauna, but it was only available to spa customers. I was satisfied with the breakfast selection, which was varied and suited our taste, especially the Pho. The dining area was very crowded during peak morning hours. Our table was taken by someone else while we went to get food. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very professional; they were somewhat sparing with their words and smiles. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which I truly appreciated. The location is quite convenient, close to the city center. There is a park with many beautiful flowers right in front of the hotel.

A very large hotel close to the city center. Excellent parking and views of Da Lat. The breakfast options are suitable for all tastes and appetites, even though the breakfast restaurant was very crowded. Every floor has a smoking balcony, but an umbrella or some rain cover needs to be added.

A good hotel but quite distance to cafe n restaurant. Room condition, towel n bedsheets very clean. During my stay, i was blown away by the cherry blossom n flowers. Is really amazing n beautiful. We stay here 2 nights but the 2nd night we decide to have out dinner at the restaurant. To our surprise the quality of the food is pretty good. Overall, i would give this hotel only 4 stars as the facilities provide is very limited. Room need to be upgraded specially the furniture n bathroom blinds.
