  Cozy room with an exceptional balcony view. We booked a deluxe valley room and we were very satisfied with the room, as the view is truly what we wished for. The staffs are ready to help, indeed very helpful through out our stay here. Overall, Moon Valley is 100% recommended. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

  Moon Valley Villas Đà Lạt delivers true hospitality at its finest. The property is impeccably clean, and the staff’s attentiveness genuinely sets this place apart. During the cold weather below 10°C, they proactively provided a heater, making us feel warm, comfortable, and truly cared for. What impressed us most was a thoughtful surprise before departure — the staff washed our car without being asked. Waking up to a spotless car was a small yet powerful gesture that left a lasting impression. This level of service is rare and absolutely worth five stars.

  This was our second time staying at Moon Valley Villas in Da Lat, which already says a lot about how much we enjoyed our previous visit. The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of Da Lat — just a short walk to many lively and popular areas, yet far enough away to remain serene, quiet, and peaceful. One of the first things that caught our attention was the pricing. While rates may fluctuate depending on the season in Da Lat, the value for money here is consistently excellent and very reasonable for what you receive. Check-in was smooth and efficient on both of our visits, even though we arrived at rather odd hours. The staff were extremely attentive and spoke decent English. One staff member even helped carry both of our luggages up the stairs — there is no elevator, which gives the place a charming, old villa feel. We were told that the building used to belong to a very wealthy family in the past. Although we personally preferred the room from our first stay — it was slightly larger, had a better layout, and featured a huge balcony — both rooms across our visits were impressively clean and almost spotless. The bathrooms were well-equipped, with excellent water pressure and reliable hot water, which is especially important in Da Lat’s chilly weather. Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to take photos or videos during our first visit because we arrived extremely early in the morning before sunrise and were simply too tired at the time. There are many hotels to choose from in Da Lat, but the fact that we returned for a second stay speaks volumes. The combination of reasonable pricing, cleanliness, and warm hospitality continues to make Moon Valley Villas a place we genuinely enjoy coming back to.

  Our stay was good. 5-10 minutes away from the center. This hotel provide motorbike rental. The view is good. The room so spaciousWe extend our stay until night as our sleeper bus to HCM schedule at midnight. The reception give us discount for the roomVery good service Process is smooth and easy

  This hotel is located at the end of an alley, is about 6 minutes walk from the main road. On the day for check in we arrived at about 12.30pm and was told the room was not ready, it will take about 30 minutes. We told the manager, Mr T we haven’t had lunch and he offered to buggy us a ride to the main road for meal. After lunch we took a walk back instead of getting him to pick us which he offered. Throughout our stay he was very warm and helpful. He speaks good English and very knowledgeable, it helps us to go about the tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay, love the view of the hotel and the tip top service provided by Mr T. We will definitely stay here again if we do visit Dalat again. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

  I really loved the balcony view at this hotel — it was so beautiful and relaxing! In November, it almost rains every day in Da Lat, but staying here made us feel calm and cozy while enjoying the morning view. The staff were very helpful, and the room was just the right size for two people. It was clean, comfortable, and definitely worth the price!

  had a really nice stay at moon valley villas da lat. staff were super friendly and even gave us a small souvenir before we left which was such a sweet touch.location wise it’s quite near the city center but you’ll definitely need a vehicle since the villas are located deeper inside and on a hilly area. but honestly that’s what makes it so worth it. the view from the villa is sooo nice!the room was really spacious and comfortable. you can also rent bikes directly from the villa owner which is super convenient, plus there’s a nearby rental shop as well with really good prices (around rm25/day).overall really chill stay with nice views and good vibes, would recommend.

  One of my favorite villas in Da Lat. The view here is stunning, and the atmosphere is incredibly chill with plenty of beautiful and romantic photo spots. There are many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, so you don’t need to go far for a good meal. The manager is super friendly and always available with just one call. Everyone should visit at least once to experience this amazing place. Personally, I've stayed here multiple times because I love it so much.
