  located near the night market and central town. 10-15 minutes walk. our room was swapped about 2 times because of less availability of type of room with 2 single beds and there was some knocking sounds in the first room we are assigned to. but the staff really helped a lot even though there was a slight language barrier. the person helped move our luggages and help us find a room suitable for us. the breakfast was rather mid. there may be food missing sometimes. but otherwise the stay was okay

  Actually I was planning to leave a 5 star review. The hotel staff was very professional organising a surprise newly wedds decoration and what a decoration it was! As it shows on the photos, it's an amazing quality of work, done with great care. Almost art. The room was spacious and clean. Nice garden and lobby area. Convenient location. Close to the lake and the night market. The down side was the buffet. It would be silly to expect anything than the bare minimum from buffet breakfast, but this was one of my worst experiences ever. I wouldn't like to say a lot about the food, because for me it's fried egg and toast in most of the hotels in Vietnam. Although my wife has noticed, the Phu Quoc branch has a wider Vietnamese breakfast selection. For a start the toaster is a silly conveyor belt kind of thing. Not only it is uncomfortable and difficult to use to get the toast right, but it's slow too. We had early breakfast when only one family was there apart of us but still had to wait for our turn. Not to mention, something must have been wrong with it, because both mornings, while we have been there, the staff was turning it on and off. The second morning there was no juice available. None. Only tea, water and coffee. By the way, Vietnam has great coffee. If someone would try coffee here 1st time, would think people who are raving about Vietnames coffee are crazy. Overall the hotel is nice and the staff are professional, friendly and attentive. Although the buffet couldn't live up even to a low expectation.

  There isn’t a warm pool to swim in (They have but not switched on). I chose this hotel because I saw they had warm pools which disappointed me when there wasn’t available. The room is clean, though it doesn’t have air conditioning, but it’s still quite cold due to the weather. My suggestion: Is to let guests inform the reception desk when they’re using the facility. This way your staff can respond appropriately.

  The facilities in the hotel is terrible. The sauna room never heat up. The staff have no idea why is it so. I sat in the room for 15 mins I don't ever feel hot. The swimming pool water is freezing cold. I thought it should have a warmer for the pool. Once we left the pool. They turn off all light. Gave us a feeling of not welcome. Locker is very interesting. They don't have keys. So why do you need a locker when U cannot lock. Went to the gym. All the equipment power plug is removed. Tried few minutes and final come to realise the equipment is faulty and cannot start. Went to massage. They don't even have a proper chair for a foot massage too. I seriously feel the hotel is so funny to provide the facilities that is not usable.

  One of the most beautiful hotel inside Dalat city center with a nice garden view from the room. The staffs are helpful, delicious breakfast. Few steps to the lake.

  Good location. Easy walking distance to central Dalat.|Atmosphere of a rundown hotel that needs some serious maintenance.|Rooms very rundown. Wallpaper peeling on the walls. Not the cleanest. Stained carpets and linens. Smelt of cigarette smoke.|Not sure what we paid, as booked as part of a package. |General cleanliness of the hotel was very average.|Overall disappointing and not a 4-star accommodation but has the potential to be a lovely place to stay.

  Perfect location for night market, amenities are a bit tired but room is comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast.

  Hotel as described, located 8-10 mins from town. Lots of f&b near by ie. good cafe and restaurants. Stand out feature is the beautiful and well maintained garden. Staff were professional and plesant, only negative was buffet breakfast was very basic. Highly recommend for relaxing stay away from main area.
