  Everything is perfect. Even though it's in the city center, the room is soundproof. The room is clean and quite spacious. You can see a very beautiful sunrise from the hotel room. Customer service is also very helpful and friendly

  Never again! Disappointment, lack of services and amenities. Items were not replenished well …for the price it is not worth it. ​Lack of Amenities: When asked the front desk for an iron and an ironing board, were simply told that the hotel does not have them. This is a very basic amenity that we would expect from a hotel of this rating and price point. Didn’t read reviews until now saw the same issue with this hotel . Watch out everyone!

  Most noteable is the outstanding service. Very friendly staff. The one day they actually brought our Grab order to the room with a proper bowl and cutlery. |Great location. Short walk to Lake and night market. There's a small convenience store just steps away where we got bottled water for 10k vnd for 1.5 litres. |Clean modern amenities. Bed was comfy - on the firm side like the other hotels we've stayed at in Vietnam so far, sheets were nice and soft, provided a regular pillow and a long bolster which was great. Bathroom is nice. Large shower. Only point of improvement is lighting could be better for doing your makeup. Only potlights casting shadows. And the light on the makeup mirror is blue and weak. Not that big deal, just do your makeup at the vanity next to the window.|Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Lots of varied options as many have described. |Spa massage wasn't that great but not expensive. Masseuse obviously was texting and when I moved my head she stopped and I felt her drop her phone between my legs. The music was nice until it would get interrupted by an ad. Not the most relaxing experience.

  Location is fantastic, located near to all good cafe, dont miss out the crispy roast duck. A good cafe near by serving Avocado ice cream n salted coffee. Amazing, helpful n friendly staff. Restaurant setting outside the balcony for breakfast is superb. Room is amazing specially the matress. Good support.

  I enjoyed the breakfast variety (especially if you like Asian breakfast) with a lot of hot dishes. Also the room was very clean and comfortable. Noise insulation from adjoining rooms and from the outside is a concern though.

  Check in was relatively fuss free although we arrived very late. The welcome drink seems to be self-service, we drank some the next day. You can ask for extra room cards. The buffet was quite good, everyday they make an effort to change up the menu although there are some staples for popular dishes. There is an egg station and a pho station. I appreciate the soya milk at the cereal station and the detox water and atiso tea at the drinks station. Yoghurt with fruits are a daily pick for myself. The salads change daily and are very fresh, I liked it. The hotel is very new, the beds very comfortable and it was interesting that they provided a bolster. The room is big and comfortable, I liked that the floor is not carpeted. They provided rubber slippers. There is free coffee and artichoke tea packets. The hot water at the shower is instantaneous and the water pressure is good. I liked that there is a rain shower. The dustbin in the toilet doesn't open up very well, but not much of an issue. Cleanliness can be improved in terms of picking up hairs, thee was a clump stuck behind the toilet door from before our stay. The cleaner also missed hairs on the chair and stains on the floor but I suspect those maybe cannot be removed. I didn't mind that much. The only negative point of the room was rhe sound of traffic, but I brought ear plugs. The staff was helpful and spoke good English, except for cleaning staff. I loved the driver servixe when we booked the one day service. It was for 1.4 mil for 8 hrs. I also used the gym, it is small but has weights, treadmill, a few multi purpose machines and cycling machines. Blinds can be drawn, the sun is quite strong in the morning. In terms of location, it is about 1 km from the lake. Normally I would say the location ia good, except that the traffic is quite scary when the pavements are not built well and there are motorbikes and buses parked on the pavements which makes it very challenging to walk to places. This is the same for a lot of places we visited. Even for a short distance we called a Grab. There was a decent pho place opposite and to the right of thr hotel and two vegetarian restaurants which we dined at. There was also a massage place nearby. We didn't use the hotel spa or dine at the restaurant although they gave us vouchers. It was more expensive in comparison.

  I had a great experience visiting the hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, especially the receptionist, Thach, who was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and left a good impression on me.

  Nesta Valley hv Fantastic service n v clean hotel!!!||Bell Boy, Lam is a handyman !|Thank you v much, he helps me to repair my broken zip handbag. He saved my bag!!!||The Breakfast spread n food is high quality!|Hotel dinner is also v gd!|Better than eating outside the hotel.||Location wise, convenient. Outside Nesta Valley hotel hv many shops n eateries.||Go nite market , city centre abt 30K+Vietnamese dong!||Was recommended by the receptionist to go to Pizza Cui! Yummy sourdough pizza!!! Best dinner in Dalat!||Services in the hotel reception is v good!||Bell Boy, Lam helped to repair my zip handbag broken.
