  It was a pretty nice hotel. Their buffet was pretty good and their rooms were clean. They had an old-fashioned American theme. One of the issues was the bathroom. We got two connecting rooms- one with two twin beds and one with a king sized bed. The king bed was pretty large. But both rooms had the bathroom issue, and most likely all of the rooms will. The bath tub was very elevated. If you stepped in, it was likely you would slip. When you turned on the shower, it would shoot into the back and sweep right out of the bathtub and flood the floor. The floor became so wet and soggy. There was a green plastic holed “mat” on the floor which was very hard and irritating to one’s feet. The shower knob was rather confusing and we could not turn it to a hotter temperature. But other than that, it’s a decent hotel. The balcony is small but it’s still nice to look outside and hear some birds. The buffet had some American dishes and some Vietnamese ones. They had jello, some fruits, and yogurt for dessert. And a lot of other dishes. They’ll have a chef to cook the eggs however you want them. Their pool seemed nice but we didn’t get to swim. The fitness centre was kind of small, just a carpeted room with a few machines. Note: durian, mangosteen, and jackfruit aren’t allowed in the rooms because of stains and smells.

  Our favourite place we have stayed in Vietnam! Sauna open between 4pm-6pm was such a nice touch. Yes the pool is cold, but think of it as a cold plunge! If the sauna isn’t on too, just ask reception and they’ll have it on in seconds. Rooms perfect, breakfast great, service amazing. Can’t fault. We also had an early checkout and they allowed us to box up some breakfast for our travels. Thank you

  We had a lovely stay! Very nice hotel and rooms. Professional and welcoming staff at all times. Nice breakfast. Definitely recommend.

  Good location, good services, friendly staffs, nice view. On March 29, 2025 we had an early morning wedding photo shoot so we had to leave the hotel very early at 3am. The receptionist was very helpful in calling a cab to make sure we weren't late. After finishing the morning shoot we returned to the hotel at 10am and it was past breakfast time but when I called the hotel and asked for some fruit they prepared a real breakfast for us as shown below. Really professional and great customer service.

  Not too soundproof, and there was some company event with karaoke in the evening and we heard everything, but they stopped around 10pm. The light/power switches in the room were very confusing - make sure you turn on the lamp section in the central control and the red lights for the outlets are on, so your appliances can get charged overnight. In the morning our checkout, the staff barged into our room without knocking before we were ready, which was extremely invading and unprofessional. You can ask the hotel to help call Lado taxi service for airport transports - a lot cheaper than Grab. Otherwise, standard room with lots of space and a balcony. The water pressure was really good, but be careful not to slip in the bathroom as the water gets on the floor quite easily from the shower. Cleanliness is okay. The room service prices are comparable to outside though we didn’t try the food.

  I don't like to write negative review. But..Sorry, but it will be long story. We booked this hotel because this have swimming pool and sauna. When we registrated I asked staff time when pool is work. Time start to work 7 a.m. and stop 6 a.m. Okay. When we went to swimming pool after breakfast next day and discovered that sauna was cold. I didn't ask what time is sauna work because for me normally that pool and sauna works in the same time. Okay. Second day we can't to use swimming pool. Because it was really cold, you can't use pool without sauna. Thirty day. I go to swimming pool on the time when sauna and swimming pool should works. But..sauna didnt work. I went to reception thrid time than understood when I really can use this damn pool and sauna. And staff on the reception tell me. Sorry but you need to book sauna before go to it. Seriosly? I asked about sauna many times and only third day I'll find out that I need booked. But staff tell me don't worry, we switch on sauna immediately. And we were sitting in cold sauna 45 min and only after this time temperature increased to 55 C. We agreed with guys on reception than if I want to go sauna in other time I call on reception in advance. But. Surprise! On the next day I find out opposite the elevator sigh that swimming pool will not work in the next days because hotel will have private event.

  Pictures don't describe the run down details of this hotel! Don't be fooled. I will say the room was large and the bed was comfortable....the rest needs attention. Service was terrible. There's only one restaurant, the other is closed as well as the bar which is mis-advertised.|The restaurant quality was poor as well as the warm beer they tried to serve. The fridge in the room did not work at all, and no cold water available.|Water damage and mold on the walls in room and hallways. Supposed to be non-smoking, but ashtrays with a clear no-smoking sign in hallways were full of butts....overpriced considering these issues! Upon trying to find a new place to stay, I can also say that Dalats hotels seem pretty rundown in general and wouldn't expect much more.
