  Extremely impressed with the service. Communication is prompt. Laundry delivered back within 12 hours. The clothes smell like very fresh cotton, how you’d imagine clean laundry would smell like. Everything was ironed and folded neatly. 10/5!! Edit: I’m a repeat customer. The way they fold and pack the clothes so meticulously makes me think they might have OCD (in the best way possible).

  They communicated effectively via Whatsapp, picked up and left the laundry at the hotel for a minimal fee. The clothes were clean, folded, smelt good. Honestly, Kudos to that laundry service. I’ve been using this kind of service during our travels and it’s right up there with the best of them. They deserve your business. Thank you folks.

  Wonderful laundry service! Dropped off late morning and was ready for us in the early evening, packed up so neatly and smelling delightful. Clear communication all around. Do not pay attention to other reviews being negative about how you get here - it's a charming alley and whoever thought it was a good idea to drive a car down here was just being dumb. The service here was wonderful and we would absolutely use them again!

  Reasonable prices and excellent service! I washed my clothes many times during our three-month trip in Asia, and this was by far the best wash and ironing I’ve had. Highly recommend!

  I am highly impressed by the laundry service from Cherry’s. The laundry was picked up from my hotel and returned folded in the neatest way I’ve ever seen. Prices are super affordable and the staff give quick replies on WhatsApp! Will be using their services the next time I’m in Dalat

  This was a very good experience. The communication was very strong and the service was excellent. My clothes came back smelling beautiful and were folded neatly. I would highly recommend! The price is very good as well!

  This place is an absolute hidden gem 💎 run by lovely caring owners. I’ve been to many laundry places over the last year travelling around South East Asia, but this place top’s the the lot, everything is washed, dried and neatly folded and bagged up in a flash. Absolute top 5⭐️ service and very good value, which I have used many times and can’t fault at all. And your washing always come back smelling lovely and fresh P.S. it’s quite hard to find on google maps, but quick tip : turn left @Pizza SuSi down a tiny little lane, for about 75m then turn right slightly uphill for 30m, then it’s on you right 😉👍

  Amazing service. Great price. Easy to communicate with. I organised drop off at nearly 8pm at night and had my laundry ready to pick up at 6pm the next night. Thank you! I will definitely use you again.
