  I asked storekeeper to wash my clothes during my visit in Dalat. They are nice and honest people. They returned my clothes very on time as per my request. Btw, the shopkeeper's son can speak english very well. It could be a plus for the service.

  I had a lot of laundry stuff from a camping trip and I enjoyed a very good cleaning service. 100% clean, fair price, punctual, friendly and very easy to reach since the place is in the city center. Recommended!

  They matched the finishing time, and I don't think it's bad The smell of laundry is the same as that of a laundry in Thailand 1lg/40000vdn

  All our dirty clothes were soaking wet. They weighed the clothes wet and charged based on that price not dry. Worked out at VND 240k! About 40k per kg. Exactly same clothes were washed in Nha Trang the week after for 80k. Went to collect at said time. Not ready. Had to return half an hour later. Then got back to the hotel and all the underwear and socks were missing. Back again to the laundry, where they found them packed separately. Two stars coz they were washed and folded well.

  Only saw the reviews after handing in clothes. They tried to charge 50k per kg but got down to 30kg. Almost all my white clothes had massive yellow stains and the fabric looks a bit battered. Really wish I’d just left it. 😭

  The clothes don't smell. No soap smell, but no sweat smell either but there's no way they've been washed. I had a shirt that I bought in ho chi Minh and wanted it washed and when I got my clothes back, the creases in the shirt were still there. I don't recommend this place. Nice, friendly staff but didn't clean our clothes.

  What a complete disaster. First off, charging 50k for 1k is high, the worst part is leaving our 1k bag with them, was told be ready by 1:00 the next day. Come to pick up, the clothes are just stuffed in the same bag we brought it in, they said: it's all clean! Take it to.our room, and just as we suspected, the clothes weren't even touched. Had to return the clothes for them to get it done. Whole operation seems off.
