  The owner is super nice and extremely responsible! Always greet you with a warm smile and talks gently 🤍🤍 The cleaning service is the superb! It’s the best i ever had!they don’t just washed your clothes but take care of them! I’m really super IMPRESSED and happy!!made my Vietnam trip even wonderful 🤍🤍It’s really hard to clean my sandals and they did magic! Even to my white shirt that turns yellowish, it came back to me like a new shirt! I’m really amazed and grateful for their hard work! Thank you 🙏🏻

  So kind and patient. My first time using laundry pick up and delivery service. I first accidentally gave them the wrong hotel name, and there was confusion about how to pay. Nevertheless they were so patient with me despite the inconveniences and wished me a happy trip, returned my clothes the same day, washed and clean ❤️

  Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to fix a mishap. I don't think they have fragrance free detergent (that was the misunderstanding). But they were very kind. The clothing had to be rewashed a couple times to get the chemical smell out, but they picked up and dropped off the clothing both times and were -very- fast. Overall it was a good experience and I am grateful for their help. Good price, too-- 25k/kg.
