This is probably the best motor bike rental experience that I have encountered so far in Vietnam. Hai the owner of the rental establishment is very responsive and accommodating to his customers. The bike that we had was fairly new and perfect for riding on twisty and curvy hills in Da Lat. He dropped off the bike and a snap of my passport document, and he picked the bike up as scheduled. Everything was arranged up front via WhatsApp. It was efficient and painless. The price of the motorbike rental is reasonable and up front. He has 110cc, 125cc, and 145cc. I highly recommend his business without reservation.

This shop and its owner are the best rental service I’ve ever used. From the enthusiasm at the very beginning to the moment when an unexpected flat tire happened, he immediately gave me a new motorbike and even refilled the fuel. I genuinely recommend them 100%.

I went to Da Lat for the first time. Using Google Search and Reviews, I stumbled upon Hai's Motorbike Rentals. I had first made contact with the store via Whatsapp, and found out later I was texting with Hai. Very prompt responses, very straightforward transaction process, and Hai helowd me locate his store (which is down a hilly alleyway) and load my luggage and items onto the bike. I rented the 155cc for 150k VNDong. The motorbike was in very good condition and perfect for the hills of Da Lat. Hai was so nice, so honest, so professional. I will be renting my motorbike here again when I revisit Da Lat.

Hai is an excellent guy. Prices are fair and motorbikes are in a good condition. Hai was flexible about return time. I highly recommend this rental business!

This was the most casual rental experience I've ever had. It was almost too easy! I had a 2020 Honda Airblade 150 with front wheel ABS for 10 days at 150k per day. I gave him 500k and my license when I picked it up. Paid the 1M balance and got my license back upon return. It had been freshly washed and was in good condition when I received it. It had both mirrors and all the functions worked, though the oil change light was on. There's a cigarette lighter in the underseat bucket. You can buy a USB charger for it at Dalat Laptop. Unfortunately, Hai doesn't have them on hand. The back tire was a new Kenda. The front looked original. I would have liked it to have been replaced also (it looked like there might have been dry rot inside the tread), but it seemed to have plenty of traction on the road. Be aware that only the front wheel has ABS, so you can fishtail if you stop the rear tire too quickly. The locals here love to pull out in front of you with no space to stop. His shop is a gated-off lot near the canal. There's not much to see out there, and you need to make an appointment to get in. Had I known that, I might have asked about drop off at my hotel. Dalat is not an easy place to ride a motorbike. Local traffic is chaotic, and most of the rentals are old garbage after years of neglect and abuse. Hai had the best bike of anywhere I shopped. He was friendly and fair. If I was in Dalat again, I would rent from him.
