  Rented multiple times with no issues. Owner is easy to communicate with and he responds fast all the time. Has both older and new models, electric and petrol all in great shape. Electric ones with original dual batteries, so no range anxiety or battery dying all of the sudden.

  Very positive experience. I rented a 50cc scooter for a week but was scared to drive it from the shop to my home stay. I managed to get a delivery so that I could practice driving before entering Vietnamese traffic. The bike was powerful enough as for 50cc and easy to drive. Stuff is friendly and helpful.

  Pre-booking Lie: I clearly messaged the owner via WhatsApp before visiting, stating that I do not have an international license and specifically needed a 50cc scooter or an electric one. He assured me he had them in stock. Extreme Delay: Upon arrival at the place, I was told to wait 5 minutes. They didn’t show up for over 10 minutes, and the entire rental process took more than 40 minutes of waiting. The 125cc Scam (Twice): He recommended a gasoline scooter. I asked him MORE THAN 3 TIMES if it was a 50cc, and he lied to my face saying yes. Having ridden a 50cc just the day before, I immediately felt the power difference. It was a Yamaha Janus 125cc. It wasn’t even his motorbike—he said he borrowed it from a friend. The right side mirror was missing, and there was no phone mount. The Second Lie: When confronted, he claimed he would swap it between 8 PM and 11 PM (clearly overbooking without inventory). When I asked for the model photo of the replacement, it turned out to be a Honda Lead, which is ALSO a 125cc scooter. Constant lies. Exhausted by the deception and with my entire day’s schedule ruined, I demanded a full refund. He stalled for time, refused, and forced me to pay the full daily rate of 150,000 VND just because I held the motorbike for 5 hours while trying to resolve his mistake. This place has zero regard for customer safety (pushing 125cc to unlicensed tourists) and extorts money through endless lies.
