  My experience with Tigit has been excellent. The bikes were in great condition and the staff were all friendly and helpful. My friends and I biked from Hanoi to Saigon, stopping at the Dalat office on the way and there were never any issues. For anyone considering renting bikes, Tigit is an honest and reliable company with outstanding customer service.

  Incredible motor bike company. Very nice people with great quality equipment. I specifically want to thank the guy working at the Dalat store on January 9th, he was really nice and outfitted me with a solid bike and gear. I rented a Honda XR 150 and the bike performed flawlessly. Google maps led me on some wild roads and through countless mountain rain storms and this bike was unstoppable and never slipped on any roads or surfaces. Staff and owners are super cool and flexible. Bike rates are fair and offices all over Vietnam make travel easy. If you’re buying a lot of gear, it is cheaper at other shops but these guys are as solid as they come and will get you started right

  I had 2 bikes from Tigit over my trip around Vietnam. They both were great and i had amazing time on them! Very well prepared and reliable. I loved luggage rack. Felt 100% secure even with large backpack and you need that on Vietnamese roads. Thank you guys! I will definitely come back! Pawel Poland

  Rented the CB500X to ride Dalat to Saigon. Pickup & drop-off were smooth and the bike is absolutely excellent! Highly recommended.

  Excellent service, fair prices. We had a flat tire during Tet and the staff was very supportive. We also changed return location with no problems. Highly recommend

  Great service, in-depth explanation of the road rules in Vietnam, and what to do (and not to do) in case the Police stops you. And if you bring the bike back earlier, you get a refund. As it should be.

  I was quoted 30$ per day for an honda XR 150 (renting it for three days) that I use to rent for 5$ per day. The staff was rude so I didn’t even bother to bargain and I went somewhere else
