Absolutely amazing restaurant! We had the steak, asparagus salad, four-cheese pizza, artichoke tart, and pumpkin soup, along with wine and a strawberry smoothie. Everything was simply delicious! A true gourmet dining experience. We really enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this restaurant!

Chef’s DaLat is such a gem!! ✨💛 Beautiful classic interiors, nature all around, and dishes that reflect a true farm-to-table philosophy.🌿 The flavors are delicate and thoughtfully crafted, mostly using olive oil which makes everything feel clean and balanced. Service, atmosphere, and taste, honestly nothing to complain about. A classic and elegant place that I would happily come back to.✨

Walking into Chef's Dalat felt like discovering a secret garden, with a lovely path of lush potted plants and trees leading us inside. Now, I’m certainly not a professional food critic- I don't usually do this level of culinary experience- but the food was outstanding. We started with the crab asparagus soup and pan-seared scallops, followed by a medium-rare rack of lamb and duck confit that were bursting with glorious flavors. I also decided to pull the trigger on the Pizza Pomodoro; while my wife loved it, I felt it wasn't quite "Neapolitan" enough despite the claims. We finished with a fantastic chocolatey dessert- almost mousse-like with lovely garnishing; though for the life of me, I can’t remember the name. The ambience is hard to pin down; it has a hint of elegance but remains relaxed. Is it "casual fine dining" without the stiff service? "Polished casual"? Who knows! The floor staff were attentive and super friendly, rounding out a great evening. P.S Dear Tien, sorry to hear you're leaving. Remember, no regrets and you'll do just fine. You're amazing and have decades ahead of you. The world is your oyster!

The crunchiness of their freshly picked veggies and finely selected seafood is second to none. It’s the best Christmas set menu I’ve ever tried! The best part was the fairy tale-inspired decoration behind each of the dishes. Truly a walk down memory lane! Thank you, Chefs Dalat, for a memorable evening!

There was a very nice vertical garden on your left and right when we walked into the restaurant. Loved the ambience. Reviews of the food: 1. Caesar salad: Simple and fresh. The chicken was a bit hard. The thin crispy garlic bread was very good. 2. Pesto pasta: This was amazing. Nutty, rich, creamy and cheesy. One of the best pastas we have ever had. 3. Lamb: This was a letdown. There was breadcrumb on one side of the meat and the it did not have much taste and was too thick, it made the dish too complicated. There was a bit of sauce at the bottom which tasted slightly sweet. It came with creamy mashed potato, brocolli, cauliflower and carrot. The lamb was a good cut though. As we had very high expectations of the lamb, we were disappointed and we told the waitress about this. They listened to our feedback and they offered us complimentary gelato as a thank you for the feedback. The gelato was made of soursop and it was amazing. Overall, we were very happy dining in the restaurant and would return!

I am satisfied with the space here, very nice and cozy. Other customers are very polite. The food is mostly delicious and extremely fresh, in my opinion, clean. The desserts are very good. But there are a few dishes that are quite salty, typically spaghetti, ... The staff is quite enthusiastic but rarely introduces dishes, crowded but not effective, I was so thirsty that my throat was parched but they still did not pour me water, my phone ran out of battery and they did not lend me a charger. In general, for the price I paid, I think it is not worth it. I ordered some food but it was not brought out.

Dined on 30 Jan 26. Many tables were reserved but only one was occupied. Ordered the duck breast medium rare, but the waiter served medium well (he explained he wrote the doneness wrongly and initiated to replace the dish; plus points because we didnt ask ). However, the replaced duck breast was still mediocre.. the meat was pink in the middle which was great, but there was alot of grey parts meaning that the heat was not hot enough. The texture was tough and tasted like boiled meat. The tomato pasta was also disappointing as the spaghetti was low quality, you could see from the pale colour of the spaghetti (didnt bother to take a photo). The atmosphere does not feel polished because there were many kids at the other table running about and playing with their loud toy guns. The asparagus salad, bread and soup were great though.

The ambience is the highlight of the restaurant. The interior has a charming old-school British-inspired design, complemented by fitting background music that creates a cozy and elegant dining atmosphere. I would rate the ambience 5/5. We ordered: * Crab & Asparagus Soup – the flavour was unique and quite special. * Artichoke Tart – unfortunately it didn’t suit our taste. Given the price and the hype surrounding it, we felt it didn’t quite justify the cost. * Squid Ink Pasta - The sauce are overly creamy and cheezy * Tiramisu – acceptable, though not particularly authentic Service was good overall. The waitresses were helpful and attentive throughout the meal. A nice touch was the complimentary warm bread served before the meal. While the dining experience was pleasant due to the atmosphere and service, the food and value-for-money aspect did not meet our expectations. I would rate the food and value at 2/5, resulting in an overall experience that was average despite the excellent ambience.
