I visited 2 times because I loved the food and atmosphere so much. There is something very calming and luxurious about this place. I loved the arrangement of the food. Can recommend to visit! And the desserts are phenomenal 🫶🏻

Everything about our dinner at Emai was flawless. From the first course to the last bite of dessert, every dish was thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully executed. The handmade pasta and main dishes were rich without being heavy, the flavors precise, and the presentation elegant without trying too hard. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. Service was extremely attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about the experience, not just the table. Emai strikes that rare balance between fine dining and comfort, you feel taken care of, relaxed, and impressed all at once. One of those meals you keep thinking about after you leave.

Food? Superb, as authentic as it can get, especially Carbonara, using the original recipe <3 With complimentary appitizer and chocolate dessert. The service is amazing with friendly staff. Atmosphere is for couples, families who want a tranquil place to get away from the crowds. The view is spectacular! 10/10 will definitely come back for that Carbonara *Chef's kiss*

My best friend randomly selected this place to celebrate his 40th birthday and wow it turned out to be a fantastic choice. We are visiting Da Lat from Saigon but anytime I come back I will certainly have to come back here. 5 total people in my group and we tried various dishes here. Here is what stood out to me. The ambiance of the restaurant was really romantic (check my video to see for yourself). The food was absolutely delicious. Bread - They brought free bread. Wow… we were all blown away by it. The bread I think I will just say was maybe the best bread I’ve ever had (not just in Vietnam but anywhere). I’m not sure how they make the bread but it was delicious. One of the employees recommended we dip the bread in the shrimp scampi sauce too and that was a spectacular recommendation 🤤 Crackers - Complimentary crackers and whatever all was on each cracker provided so many flavors at once. I certainly wanted more! Pizza - Of all the many different styles of pizza Neapolitan pizza is the worst style for two of my friends and myself. Having said that, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pizza! Easily the best crust in all of Vietnam that we have been. We tried the Quattro formaggi and Margherita pizzas. Quattro was the unanimous favorite. Fisherman's Prawn Scampi in White Wine Sauce - A Devine combo with the bread. Must try! Pappardelle with Beef Bolognese - Although it wasn’t a favorite as some of the other dishes it was still good. Duck Leg Confit, Red Pepper Cream Sauce, Gnocchi & Red Wine Sauerkraut - This was very delicious. If you are a fan of duck I’d recommend trying this dish. Australian Tenderloin Steak with Red Butter Sauce, Pommes Anna et Beets - Another delicious dish. The Pommes Anna also made this dish worth it. Veggies - The asparagus, crispy potatoes, mashed potatoes, and beans were all equally pretty good too. I want to thank the staff for helping celebrate my best friend’s 40th birthday!

Location is difficult if you drive a car as hard to find street parking. Food and wine was good, no cheap but for this level of venue prices are fair, sadly they did forget to bring the side dish we ordered. The view out across the hill is rather night. I suggest the staff don't need to ask customersihow they want their pasta cook as it should always be al dente.

A fine dining experience with delicious food and incredible service. The restaurant itself is romantic, spacious, and feels fancy. We were given a complimentary canopy and homemade chocolates which really added to our dinner. The homemade bread and butter was almost the tastiest part of the meal. The pizza was maybe the best I’ve ever had and everything was high quality. Lastly the staff made us feel welcome and helped create a special luxurious meal.

This is an elegant and beautiful Italian restaurant. The whole building is decorated with great taste, and the restaurant also has a lovely garden overlooking the valley below. Unfortunately, it rained on the day we visited, so we didn’t really get to enjoy the view, which was a bit of a pity. As for the food, it was decent but fairly ordinary. Still, it’s a lovely place for a special occasion. We came here to celebrate a birthday, and the atmosphere made it feel quite nice. Thank you for the arrangement. 😊

Pricy, underwhelming!!! Total >12mio for 10 pax but received average standard service, 45mins for starter, 1.5 hour for main course and poor food quality (even over-cook the meat). With this price, you can get treated better anywhere else.
