What a gem this place is! I rank it in the top 5 asian sushi places as the sashimi is just perfection. It melts in your mouth, easy comparable with Japanese sashimi, at half price. We had dinner here twice, as the dishes were top! Cute service aswell, and we got free sea grapes as appetiser Keep on the top quality!

We were looking for a sushi spot and wow did we find an incredible one here at Fujiyama Sushi in Ðà Lạt! Our server, Thao was so amazing! She sat with us and explained everything on the menu and answered every question we had. Not only that, she shared other spots to visit whilst we were here, thank you for making our experience unforgettable Thao :) This is a MUST DO when visiting the area and we can’t wait to come back!

Went for a family dinner on a weeknight and the overall experience was awesome. The staff were great and supportive, always on time. The atmosphere was cozy despite the rain outside. The food was wonderful, especially the sashimi and rolls, which were incredibly fresh, well-seasoned and tasty. Prices were surprisingly affordable for a family gathering too. We also had the chance to share a drink with the owner, who was super friendly and hospitable. I often travel to Dalat but have never tried any sushi places here (I personally felt sushi didn’t quite match the cool air of the city), but this place completely changed that vibe. Highly recommended for family dinners, friend gatherings, and even dates 🩷

The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Today we ordered a tendon and a set lunch; the soup miso was quite good and the sushi was fresh.

Well balanced taste of sushi and sashimi. Unagi don was good and recommended. We were ushered to the vip rooms on 1st floor which was decent in ambiance. They made a slight mistake on my sake don order as a sake roll instead but still tasted decent. Pretty good taste of Japanese food in Dalat but price is on the higher end.

Eh the food is fine, the room is cozy. They brought the wrong set but it’s okay. The food is a bit overpriced for me since most of them are just average. However the waiter was nice so yea. So I went home and one of the waiter of the restaurant texted me for 5 stars review on Google. Personally, I think people deserve to know the truth, the food is not that good compared to the price. You can have better experience with the same price at Hokkaido in Saigon. And I have read all the bad reviews on Google and the restaurant’s replies. It seems like the restaurant always said that they would take the matter seriously but then nothing changed, such as young waiters and chefs who need to be trained, food quality,… Therefore, I hope that the restaurant owner can actually start making changes instead of remaining everything like this and asking customers for 5 stars review. :v

This isn't authentic Japanese food at all. It's very strange. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the staff is nice and friendly, but I didn't like the taste of the food. The okonomiyaki was terrible - I've never had such a bad one. The salmon rolls were weird, with boiled salmon and no cream cheese inside (mentioned in the menu). The ingredients overall seemed cheap and not freshly cooked. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was a waste of time and money. I'm very disappointed with my dinner.

Poor service and operations. Would not recommend, especially for families, tourists, or large groups. We had a reservation on 25 Dec. and arrived at 6PM. By 8PM, less than 10% of our order had been served. After 3 hours, we had to cancel 25% of our order (see receipt picture, crossed out means had to cancel) as we were late for another appointment. By then, the elderly in our group were exhausted, and the children fell asleep while waiting. Food quality was subpar. 1) Salmon mentai sushi was served without salmon (see video). 2) Fujiya salad arrived without dressing. 3) All chawanmushi could not be delivered. Communication was poor. 1) We were asked to preorder with a deposit, which we could not do as tourists without local bank transfer. Later, another staff member told us preordering was possible *without* a deposit. 2) When we went to check with the kitchen, we discovered the chefs had received an incorrect order list, and several items were completely missed (e.g. vegetable tempura, chirashi don, etc.). The chef then said we should have had the staff place order for us - despite the fact that none of the staff spoke English & we were instructed to order on the iPad ourselves. Toward the end, we were offered 20% off, but that does not make up for our time lost there. Overall, the store needs to be better managed, especially if we're expecting big groups/full house.
