  Best ramen I’ve tried in Vietnam. The place is very clean and has a great atmosphere. The staff are very polite and friendly. The ramen was excellent, while the gyoza were just okay. Note that you can’t pay with Visa or Mastercard here — only cash or a local bank QR code.

  The ramen was delicious — the chef clearly knows what they’re doing. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the broth was rich and full of flavor. Definitely a satisfying bowl and worth the visit.

  We got the potato salad, tonkotsu ramen, kara miso ramen, and an umeshu tonic. We ordered the tonkotsu with light broth, and it was really good. The xaxiu was flambé-d and flavourful. It came with a very generous 5pcs of xaxiu ❤️ The kara miso was abit too spicy for us. For all the ramen items, they had options for softer noodles, or lighter broth. The potato salad was a nice appetiser, with abit of spiciness and kick for a refreshing taste. But could be less spicy as well. The umeshu tonic was a great pairing with the xaxiu ramen, waking up the tastebuds with some acidity. Decor is exquisite, great for dates and special occasions. Staff is enthusiastic and friendly. Price is slightly high (170-190k per bowl) but this is hands down the best japanese ramen place in Dalat

True Japanese minimalism: clean, precise, and thoughtfully composed. Every detail feels intentional, from the color palette to the layout. Nothing is random, nothing is excessive. Just calm, refined balance. The open kitchen adds confidence — you can see the craft, not just the result. The staff deserves special mention. Polite, attentive, and genuinely well-mannered young professionals. Service is fast, smooth, and respectful — no unnecessary noise, just quiet efficiency. As for the food — I tried the miso ramen, gyoza, spinach salad, and green tea. Everything was on point. The ramen was rich and comforting, the gyoza well-prepared, and even the simple dishes were handled with care and precision. Nothing felt careless. This is one of those rare places where style and substance actually meet. Thank you to the entire team for the experience. I truly enjoyed it — and I will definitely come back.

  A great, beautiful, trendy place! The menu offers three types of ramen, all prepared according to traditional Japanese recipes and prepared to perfection. They also have other dishes, all very tasty. I highly recommend this place as one of the best ramen spots in Dalat

  I really enjoyed my dinner here. The tonkotsu ramen was rich and complex with an abundance of well balanced and thought out toppings. Our table also shared the gyoza and karage chicken; the gyoza was absolutely stuffed with filling, and the chicken was crispy on the outside yet incredibly juicy on the inside. All dishes were beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place :)
