  Don’t trust those bad reviews. They didnt know what they’re talking about. We went there for our anniversary and everything was absolutely amazing. The food was tasty, fresh and creative. The staffs were nice and reachable, they even gave you an option on adjusting the food to match your taste. We just wish they have more choices on the menu. Highly recommend and definitely coming back!

  This restaurant is a true gem, the food is fantastic and the staff is lovely. We were a bit skeptical at first, we visited a saturday night at around 7:30PM but the restaurant was empty. However, after tasting the first dish, we wondered why this place wasn’t swarming with customers. The crab tagliatelle and the duck breast were cooked to perfection, seasoning was on point, presentation was neat. The staff were attentive and friendly, it’s a shame the restaurant isn’t more busy. Definitely give this restaurant a try.

  Taste Eatery was amazing. The staff took the time to explain every dish, which made the whole experience feel personal and intimate. The crab pasta, foie gras, steak, and salmon tartare were all outstanding—beautifully cooked and full of flavor. You can really feel the care from the chefs. We left completely satisfied, big smiles, happy stomachs. Would absolutely come back.

  The atmosphere is very elegant and classy—romantic and on-trend. The food is delicious, and the overall service is excellent. If you’re looking for a romantic dinner for two or a get-together with a group of friends, this is the perfect place.

  Thank you, Rex and Bi, for making my Da Lat trip so amazing! Every meal, dessert, and moment we shared was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed every bit of it.

  I literally can't recommend this place enough! We went here for my partner's birthday and got the seats looking directly at the kitchen. I don't even really know where to begin but everything from the staff to the food was perfect and beyond. As soon as we got seated and received our menus the head chef and owner Rex came over to chat with us and talk to us about the dishes. He will help you pair your drinks with the dishes you decide to get. It was incredible seeing the chefs at work and the food was absolutely outstanding. They were so kind and treated us to free dessert since it was my boyfriends birthday. You could feel that they genuinely care about their customers and Rex even took the time to recommend us different places to try in Da Lat. Me and my partner were smiling the whole time we were there and will go back literally tomorrow as this has been the best food we've had since we've come to Vietnam. If you think about coming here, DO IT!!!!

  We were absolutely blown away by our dining experience here!From the very first bite, the appetizer—featuring foie gras and Hokkaido scallops—was a masterpiece. It perfectly stimulated our palate with an incredible blend of flavors. The sirloin steak was also cooked to absolute perfection; it was remarkably tender, and the accompanying sauce elevated the natural flavor of the meat beautifully. We ended up ordering additional dishes throughout the night because everything looked too amazing to miss!We highly recommend sitting at the bar counter. It gave us a front-row seat to observe the entire cooking process, and you can truly see the chef’s deep passion for their craft in every plate.Overall, a flawless 5/5 experience. This is a must-visit restaurant when you are in Da Lat! The only downside for us was the decoration. The ambiance is strictly black and white, which felt a bit too simple and bare. It doesn't quite match the premium, fine-dining standard that the exceptional food deserves.

  Delicious food with beautiful presentation. I was disappointed in the following: -No napkins or table cloths -No red wine by the glass was availability although shown on menu -No bread offered or paired with the delicious mushroom soup -Very few customers on a prime Saturday night made the atmosphere feel cold and empty. Again, food was delicious and service with a smile was friendly although with limited interaction.
