Ideal location for exploring central area but tucked away from the bustle. A short walk through colorful alleyways (and a yellow tunnel) and you are in the heart of it all. Hosts were very kind and available to provide anything needed. The accommodation was well thought out with touches uncommon in Vietnam (EXTRA towels and pillows). The bed was big and comfy, and the room we had was large with high ceilings. We heard very little noise and slept well. Our favorite part was the small balcony which we used every night to have a drink and watch the sunset. It became the highlight of our week long stay. Would not hesitate to stay again and the place would be suitable for longer stays.

I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here agaiin!!! The location is excellent. Everything is close by, including cafés, restaurants, and places to explore, which made getting around very easy, but the apartment itself is still quiet and relaxing!!! Cleanliness was outstanding. The apartment was spotless on arrival and clearly well maintained throughout my stay, which made me feel comfortable straight away. The decoration is simple but very well done. It feels warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed rather than generic. It’s the kind of place where you actually enjoy spending time, not just sleeping. What really made this stay special was the hospitality. The hosts were kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. Communication was easy, and they made sure everything was in place. It felt personal and one of a kind! Overall, it was a comfortable, well located, and peaceful place to stay with excellent cleanliness and care. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat.

Great apartment in the heart of the city! Surprisingly quiet in the evening 🙏☺️ and overall very peaceful. My balcony had a wonderful view of the sunsets and city skyline. Mr. Thanh was very gracious and a pleasure to talk to. Everything worked perfectly and you even get a key fob to access the main door of the building. Highly recommend!!

The location is perfect!!! Walking distance to all. Owner is such a super host, very helpful with everything we asked. It’s very clean and I love the aroma in the apartment. My room had almost what I would have at home. Love the roof top with the sunset view. Loved it will come back if I come back to Dalat! Thank you for hosting.

Family of 4 staying here in Dalat for the first time. Cozy nook lovely, clean and spacious apartment Very friendly and helpful Clean towels and water daily Room cute, cozy and had a nice vibe of greenery Our room however, was a bit cool, felt wet on the tiles and room has a damp kind of smell a bit. We did have a heater, but unfortunately after relocating it to another socket, it stopped working. We used the washer which was good to refresh clothes while away. My kids had a room upstairs which was warmer and had sun coming in the window. Overall nice stay. There was people laying fresh cement down upon our arrival, so navigating our luggage around that was awkward. There are alleys and stairs to get to the street tops. The local Bakery was great. There is a sunroom at the top and a rooftop balcony with a view. Lots of street art to look at

I was supposed to stay four nights here but ended up checking out after two. The place does not have air-conditioning, which I didn’t realise until arrival. That, combined with Vietnam’s humidity, seemed to be causing mould problems. There was also a bug infestation when I arrived - a staff member had to spray the bathroom and balcony area after I checked in. The apartment has a washing machine, but the dryer is communal and costs 50,000 VND per use. Location-wise, it’s close to the night market and some restaurants. Summary: Good location and friendly staff - but no air-conditioning, bug issues, and mould made it an uncomfortable.

We had a beautiful sunlit room at the front of the building on the top floor, super clean and spacious, we didn't expect such a large room! Kitchenette and washing machine if you need it, large bathroom as well. The host was a genuinely lovely person, we rented a nice new scooter directly from him as well. We would definitely stay here again, the only thing is you need to look for number 58 on the street then look for the wooden sign and go down the alley to find it. And request a ground floor room if you have any knee issues, as there are only stairs, no elevator.
