The room is clean and equipped with all the amenities. The room is very detail oriented with all the specific instruction. You can tell there was a lot of effort put into it. The location is also perfect with all the stores nearby such as restaurants, convenience stores, laundromat, pharmacies...Trang is also very lovely and an amazing host. Overall the room and location make you feel like home away from home. I definitely would stay here again!!

Great value and super nice staff. Free bottled water that you can refill at the front desk with purified water. Basic interior room is $25, we paid $10 extra and got the family, balcony room. No AC but Da Lat is much cooler than most of Vietnam. They also had a dehumidifier which really made a difference in keeping the room comfortable. This is a small boutique hotel. They sometimes completely close down the front entrance and you have to enter through the basement with your room card but this is all explained when you register. Extended our stay from 1 to 4 days and they gave us a 10% discount from the price quoted on booking.com. Cool location on a tiny street with the best pizza, coffee, and French bakery, all within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended

Lovely room. Huge. With a small kitchette, if you wanted to cook. Great location close to the centre. Management and reception very good.

Stayed here for 3 nights recently and we had rented 2 rooms. One of our room was upgraded to include a kitchenette which was a nice to have but do note that the room has no outside windows whatsoever. The windows open into the hall way so air circulation can be problematic and there were no air con which wasn't too much of an issue as it was starting to get cool during our stay but not sure what that would be like in the summer heat. I asked if they can microwave some milk for me the 1st morning and they misunderstood so instead they brought a microwave to our room, which was very sweet. The location is great to get around. Would recommend.

Fabulous property set on a quiet alley off the main road. Local and western restaurants and bars all within short walking distance, and 5 minutes walk to the market. Perfect location for this little gem in a great little city. We had a balcony studio which was just lovely, our own fridge, kettle and food prep area complete with dishes, and a lovely balcony with furniture to sit out on and take in the vibe. Fabulous staff who can advise on anything, and talk you through the tablet in Recepton with local restaurant and trip details.

It was a good stay but not a homestay as such. Its more a hotel. There are no meals provided. Tbh the homestay in Hoi An has outshone everything in Vietnam. Host is responsive by text. Mindful of the bar next door the prices are super expensive. Theres a great breakfast place just opposite open really early. If youre a smoker you will have to open and close the shutter. Not a pain just takes longer

Perfect location on a quiet street. Easy to walk to night market, a range of bars (including Maze Bar) the lake, Crazy House and other interesting sights in Dalat. The room was good value for money, very clean and even had a kitchenette. We did pay a little extra to get a room with a balcony as there are some rooms with limited windows. This is the first hotel we have stayed at that had a focus on sustainability which was great;however this did mean we had to ask for fresh towels (not a problem to get them). Book direct on their website and you get breakfast vouchers for local-run spots to try some Vietnamese specialities. We would stay here again as hosts were also very helpful. No cars can get to the front door, so if you have mobility issues, this hotel is not for you (although there is an elevator) you do need to walk up the alley to get there.
