  Bước vào Horizon Village là bị cuốn ngay bởi không gian cực đẹp kiến trúc kiểu châu Âu, hồ cá Koi giữa sân, cây xanh mát mắt khắp nơi. View từ phòng nhìn ra khuôn viên cũng rất thơ, đúng kiểu chỗ nghỉ lý tưởng Phòng sạch sẽ, nội thất gỗ ấm áp, rất hợp với cái lạnh đặc trưng của Đà Lạt. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình từ lúc check-in đến check-out, hỏi gì cũng hỗ trợ vui vẻ cảm giác được chào đón thật sự Giá lại rất hợp lý, xứng đáng với những gì nhận được, thậm chí còn hơn mong đợi. Ai đang tìm chỗ nghỉ ở Đà Lạt vừa đẹp, vừa yên tĩnh mà không lo về giá thì Horizon Village là lựa chọn không thể bỏ qua

  Our stay here was a touch disappointing.. while the hotel itself is lovely new and clean our fridge didn't work and the pool was non existent.... When at breakfast they had no menu and the staff spoke very limited english which is fine but it made ordering breakfast near impossible. The location is ok if your happy to walk into town.. there are limited food and drink options close by. Overall our stay here could have been better .

  The best thing about this hotel is the exterior, which is cozy, but still looks like certain places are under construction. The fridge in the room wasn’t working so my husband and I pulled it out to see if we could turn it up and there were multiple masks and leaves behind the chair and fridge, the tv didn’t work, but the staff did replace it quickly, we only had “warm” water for the first day. The wall was painted multiple colors of green like they were trying to patch things up, but there were also chips in the walls everywhere. The safety latch on the door had been broken off and not replaced. The pool is drained (which may be normal for this time of year in DaLat, I’m not sure). The restaurant wasn’t functioning. I would choose to stay else where if I went back to DaLat.Also, I emailed to make sure I could pay visa and they only accepted Vietcom bank or cash, but I heard no reply and didn’t know until check out.

  Book 29/4-2/5 vừa rồi, trải nghiệm cực tệ về thái độ dịch vụ! Mình ko để thẻ yêu cầu dọn phòng, mình đang ngủ trưa, vậy mà gõ cửa mình 2 lần, lần 1 mình ra mở cửa ko thấy ai, nằm ngủ tiếp đến lần 2 gõ mình chưa kịp phản hồi đã đưa chìa khoá vào mở cửa phòng mình. Mở cửa ra thấy khách nhìn cũng đóng cửa cái rầm đi ra, ko một lời nói nào? Điều đáng nói là thái độ đóng cửa và ko nói gì với khách ngay lúc đó. Mình trao đổi qua fb thì nhận đc lời xin lỗi cho có, ko nhận lỗi, đùn đẩy trách nhiệm và bảo rằng các ks lớn đều làm như vậy? Là được mở cửa vào phòng khách hả home? Khi checkout ko có 1 nhân viên nào, mình đi xe khách nên phải đúng giờ, nhà xe thì gọi, mình thì đợi nhân viên nóng hết cả người, hỏi các khách ở đó thì bảo 30p hơn nảy giờ ko thaya nhân viên nào, may lúc đó có anh chủ bên thuê xe có quen biết home và hỗ trợ check out cho mình (thuê khá nhiều ngày nhưng trải nghiệm tệ ko xứng đáng giá tiền)

  It was a bad experience to stay here.|1. They don’t accept credit card. Only accept cash. We booked thru booking.com and have no idea about this. I cannot write a review on booking.com because they put my status as “not show up”.|2. Room was dirty, floor was sticky, they didn’t change the bedsheet, bedsheet was wrinkle and dirty with some hair strands and some black debris under the blanket. |3. Bathroom was smell of urine, and the toilet seat was still very wet, seems like they rushing cleaning it.|4. Staff was good manner, but too bad they can’t speak english at all. |5. Location is bad if you r depends on hailing and taxi, except you have your own ride. The property is far inside slope down alley. You don’t have choice to ask receptionist to call taxi for you. And most of the taxi drivers in Dalat was scammers!Pls aware of that when you r in Dalat. I was asking to use taximeter and they took very big round turned to my destination. So they earned more. This is old fashion way to cheat peoples! |6. No water heater, we had to shower with cold water in 19 degrees weather.|7. No phone in the room|8. No lift, i had to carry my 20 kgs luggage by staircase.|9. Swimming pool was empty.|The only good thing is the breakfast was ala-carte and good. It’s a beautiful bungalow but we had much disappointed with it.|Luckily i only booked for 1 night and we moved to other hotel which was cheaper and much proper on the main road.
